Jorgensen Plumbing

Talked to Jon on a Friday, told me he would be at my house 10:30AM the next day. Never showed up and no phone call to say he couldn’t make it. WTF?

Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Super nice, responsive and came out on a Saturday afternoon for a pretty small job. Explained what repair was required and completed the job quickly and at a fair price. Will call Jorgensen Plumbing again if I need service/​repair.

We just had our first experience with Jorgensen Plumbing and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome. When Mad River Plumbing sold to Rotter Rooter a few years ago we lost our go-​to, reliable service. Recent experiences with MRP and Maples were unsatisfactory – high estimates, long delays, questionable work, initial inspection charges.
Last week a bug inspector discovered a leak, our toilet wax seal had apparently been leaking for several months and needed immediate repair. We got a next-​day inspection by Jorgensen, an accurate description of the problem and what it would take to fix it, a very reasonable estimate, and an offer to fix the problem the next day, including installation of a taller toilet, which we had been planning on doing before calling Jorgensen. Next morning at 9 two guys arrived with our new toilet, and the work was completed within 2 hours. The two workmen answered our questions, and were efficient and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Jorgensen to folks looking for a reliable, affordable «old school» plumbing company that won’t jerk you around. Thank you Unilocal reviewers!

Jon has done several jobs for us at our home and every instance has been a professional, informative, and a courteous experience. If anything, I think we’re underpaying him. If there’s any questions about the outcome of the work, he has always offered to come back for free, but we’ve never needed it.

My suggestion didn’t fix the problem, so he fixed it until it was fixed the proper way with out charging me extra. He is a really nice person. Put up with my insane dog. What a guy! Thank you!

Sold a home that had some plumbing issues that he pest inspection discovered. On the advice of my realtor (Daisy Dalton), I called Jorgensen Plumbing. Jon came out and gave me a great estimate as what the job would cost. We scheduled the work to be done the following Wednesday, and that Sunday, in bad form, I call called and asked to add on a couple of other projects that I failed to ask about. Jon took it all in good humor and said that it wouldn’t be a problem. I also asked if we could schedule for Tuesday instead of Wednesday (yes I am the customer from Hell). He said that would actually work better for him.
Tuesday morning he called about an hour before work was to begin and said he was running late (a contractor that calls when going to be late?) and also had some questions about the added work, for parts and such. Him and his guy showed up and completed the job in less time than expected. The job came in under the estimate and Jon, adjusted the the bill to reflect this. In the end the project cost me less than the initial estimate even though I added more work.
