Excellent food, services and the best margaritas. Favorite place to go with my family

Staff was very busy, food was ok, but not great! Very loud inside due to very high ceilings!

The staff was nice to us and didn’t bother us whilst we were sitting even though they were on their closing hours(i felt bad). The food, crisps and salsa were great and the margaritas even better. It was a perfect dinner resort after Six Flags.

Been here a few times(maybe 5) and it’s consistently very good. The service is always friendly and good. I’ve had their fajitas their chimichangas and their nachos. All great. Every time I eat here in impressed and say to whomever I’m with«good Mexican food, in Eureka… Who would have thought!»

They are fast, offer great service and the food is always hot and fresh. Great margaritas and great food. Family friendly. I use them for carry-out as well and I’ve always had a positive experience whether it’s dining in or on the go.

First time at this restaurant. Ordered take out. Host very nice. Restaurant looked clean and inviting. All our meals was hot and flavorful. The best part of the experience was the server gave us hot chips and salsa while we waited for or order. We did not wait that long. We will try this place and dine in.

This is our new go-to Mexican place in the area. The salsa is good, and I’m a fan of their enchiladas verde. I’m an even bigger fan of their Cabo Margarita. The service is usually good. We rarely get an overzealous server, but we do get checked on and have never had an issue. Did I mention the Cabo Margarita is pretty good?

It is okay. It is clearly geared for Midwestern palates not used to authentic Mexican food. Our dishes were bland. I went here for the first time recently. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

We’ve had nothing but problems over the past several months, from delayed service to placing a to-go order of chips & salsa and it taking over 30 mins(and tasted like dishwashing detergent). Tonight seals the deal! It’s a beautiful night, though a little cold, so I called Los Cabos to place a to-go order. The first guy answers and tells me they’re closed due to the weather, and then hangs up on me when I ask him a question. He obviously hung up on me, by the way — there were a few seconds of silence, then I heard him actually hang up. I called back, and the second guy laughed at me(this was apparently the owner) and said there was a problem with the phone, and yeah, they’re closed. I called the Washington branch to file a complaint, and I spoke with the owner. He was quite nice, and called the Eureka branch because they were supposed to be open because there were no weather problems. The owner of the Eureka branch called me and said that no one hung up on me, that it was an issue with the phone.(Yeah, right.) Then he told me they had no customers for an hour and a half so they cleaned up. I asked why they advertised being open until 10 then closing before 9… He said they had no customers again. I said, «So, you won’t take my order.» And he basically guilted me by saying, «I’ll take your order, but we already cleaned everything, and we’ll have to reclean afterward…» COMPLETELY unprofessional. He called me a liar by telling me no one hung up on me, and then he kept interrupting me and talking over me. I understand closing early due to inclement weather. I even understand closing early due to having no customers for a long time. I don’t understand how you can laugh at customers and treat them that way, though. My family will not be visiting this location again. Rude and unprofessional staff & owner. Wouldn’t trust them not to spit in my food after the way they talked to me.

I’m from San Diego and Los Cabos has been my favorite Mexican restaurant since I’ve lived here. It’s the best I’ve found in the Midwest so far. We went here when they were out by O’Fallon and were happy to hear they moved to Eureka. We didn’t have any problems with service as stated in other reviews and found the food to be as good as always.

The taco meet had no flavor at all, it looked like it came right out of a dog food can and was just blan. The service was poor and the staff was somewhat rude. I will never eat here again.

I’ll keep it short and sweet. The food here was really good. The cabos taco’s were excellent, my new favorite. Service was normal, not spectacular, but not bad. They also have beer in huge mugs which is great if you ever wanted to feel like a hobbit.

I was excited to try out Los Cabos because it recently opened up and I was told by a friend that she enjoyed her experience there. We came here with family on a Sunday night and it was halfway full. The customer service here was not good. Our waiter wasn’t very friendly and once our food came out, everyone had theirs but Mr. G, so after waiting five minutes for it to come out, he had to flag down our waiter to ask him where his meal was. Apparently they forgot to put it in, but they didn’t apologize for it or even offer to take it off the tab. He finally got it when everyone else was finishing up their meals, which is a huge bummer. The food did come out very quickly, that was one positive thing about our experience. Everyone thought their food was fine, but not great. I had the fajitas mixtas which was a combination of chicken, steak and shrimp. The meat was good, but the veggies it came with were all overcooked so they were really flimsy and mushy. The fajitas that came on the side were tough and not soft, like they were overcooked or else pre-cooked and then put in the microwave before they came out. I was not a fan of their chips and salsa. The chips were fine, but the salsa tasted just like tomato paste without a lot of flavor. We had to sit around and wait another ten minutes at the end of our meal for the bill, we had to flag our waiter down again in order to get it. I would be more understanding if they were slammed, but they weren’t. I had an online coupon for $ 5.00 off our meal of $ 25 or more, so when we went to pay we showed them the online coupon on our iphone and they refused to accept it. It would be one thing if the coupon online said it had to be printed out and brought in, but it does not. I’m guessing a lot of other people who strictly use their phones would think the exact same thing about an online coupon. The coupon didn’t even have a barcode on it, so I don’t know why they would even need it printed out. That really bugged me because we had a large bill with a family of 7 people, so it’s not like our bill was small. I’m sure they could have given us the $ 5.00 off for the business we gave them. What’s even better is that I called a nearby location(this restaurant is a chain) and the employee there told me that they accept the $ 5.00 online coupon if you show it to them on your phone. Just a head’s up if you go here, you may need to print it out because depending on who you check out with, you may or may not be able to use it online. All in all, we were disappointed in our experience here and there is a lot of room for improvement, especially with their service.
