service was bad. we had to wait 25 minutes. upon returning the truck, they charged us for breaking the seal on the dolly, which we did not use. We them the dolly was not used at all and they said «too bad, we are charging you anyway.» VERY poor customer service!

Service was pretty poor to say the least. My sister was put on hold for a half hour because her account was put on hold. Finally they never found the reason why her account was put on hold and said they were having technical difficulties. When I walked into the office an elderly man warned me that their customer service was bad. The fuel Gage didn’t match what the contract had promised for the last van I rented. I hope they improve its a shame there aren’t any better.

We rented a trailer for a one way move from Arcata to Sacramento and the young lady that assisted us was quick, friendly and very helpful. My expectations were exceeded.

Hopefully I entered the spacious, clean, well-​stocked store. At the counter was one of the employees fully immersed, assisting several family members in a moving project. Ah! This must be the place, I thought…
My needs were small-​a breakaway cable-​very common product but that was not the problem The problem is that customer service is not a strongpoint at all here in Humboldt: not cool but LAZY.
Besides being ignored, («invisible»), the other employee, «Austin», drank from a large «water bottle», burped loudly, then motioned and grunted that… something might happen…
After a few minutes I slowly walked to the door, then out…, now gone
