What a pleasure. I picked this company cold, as I did not find many reviews — I needed a company that would dry clean my sofa, not steam. As soon as I spoke to Chris’ wife on the phone I went with my gut and it was the right decision. Chris is so knowledgeable and intent on doing a good job — which he did. They were on time, delightful and left no mess, and did a great job on my poor sofa. I would not hesitate to use them again, as doubtless I will, as I chose the completely wrong type of fabric that will be a pain to maintain.
