We got a server who clearly did not care. One does not expect linen tablecloths at Denny’s, but the server could at least bother to put out the usual paper place mats. When we got our food my wife’s was OK, but my spaghetti was refrigerator cold. I made the server heat it up in the microwave which luckily works OK with spaghetti, but I (and probably you) expect a restaurant meal to be properly heated the first time. Even by chain diner standards this was a badly done dining experience.

My son and I decided to grab a quick bite at Denny’s this evening. The waitress was EXCELLENT! She was prompt, professional and very friendly. She kept our drinks full and checked on us frequently. My son ordered breakfast and I had a patty melt. He had the grand slam. The food was hot, looked and tasted great. My patty melt was excellent as well. Very good.

just walked out due to poor service, cold under cook food, manager has no idea what cooked salmon is suppose to look like. If this was the first encounter I might be willing to over look a tad! But this is not and it’s hard to eat somewhere you can tell the management don’t care or even have to go out of our way to even get creamer for coffee, ask for silverware, look at the booth next to us that had been recently cleaned and the seats still covered with food! Even my coffee cup had to be brought again due to it being served dirty

As far as Denny’s go, this one is pretty good! Food comes out quickly and most importantly, service is excellent. There’s no shortage of being called «sweetie» or «hon» here, which adds to the Denny’s charm. And any place we can get a tasty, hot breakfast for two people for under $ 15, we’re happy campers. And don’t forget to show your AAA card at checkout — you’ll get an extra discount.
