IHOP

I wish I could give negative stars. We go there at least a few times a month until this recent visit which will be our last. Waiting 10+ minutes to get seated at a dirty table. Let me mention there were only two other tables with guests. Go to make our regular order when she says she can’t do any substitues. Let me mention we eat the same thing every time we go (at this same location). We will never go back at least on night shift. Day shit has Ashleigh who is a wonderful server. I ask for a manager she says there isnt one. I tell her to go ask someone very politely and she catches a nasty attitude as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. In my opinion she needs to be unemployed. I’m sorry but you choose your own job and if you can’t do the job or if you aren’t happy where you’re at… then quit.

I just went there this past weekend 4 a brunch typesetting I ordered a vegetarian omelette it was very good but the fruit bowl that came with it was quite bad you can taste that it was canned fruit when it clearly states that it is fresh fruit and the waitress that we had had an attitude and every time we asked about something or for something she just kind of looked at us like we were stupid kind of hard to go back to a place like that

Met up here a few days ago when my Nephew was in town and it was embarrassing place to pick to say the least. We are new to the area so I figured to try it and I wish we didn’t. The smell as soon as we walked in the door was horrible (it reeked of the bathrooms) and then getting someone to seat is took awhile (though it was not busy on a Thursday morning). Once seated it took awhile for the waitress to greet us (again it’s NOT busy). She eventually got around to us and served us. Nothing fantastic or even mediocre. I won’t be coming back

The service was running slow, they forgot to put my order in so guests coming in after us were getting their food first. Food was good but I had to have them bring the hollandaise sauce separate because they forgot to put it on my omelette. I love IHOP but I’m not sure if I will go back to this location.

This is my second time here and so I decided to finally do a review
For an I hop I promise you I was so surprised because it is CLEAN!
The first time I came I was so beyond pleased. Note this was at 10 am
My second time I’m currently here 9:04 pm
And I’m am disappointed
First off my bacon was so burnt and breaks when I pick it up
I politely asked I I can change it for new not so cooked bacon
My server said «oh yes sorry she told me it was alittle over done and if there was a problem change it»
So therefore they were aware it was gross
She then brought me my newly cooked bacon I’ll say 20 min later
My server came back and said «sorry about the wait she got on the phone and then got lost»
Don’t let a lacking cook bring down your resturant IHOP !!

I’m a food lover, and I always leave awesome reviews, and cool stars, but today, that’s not happening.
My service was A1 ! Amazing !
Unfortunately my plate wasn’t so good. My bacon was over cooked, I asked if I could get a new order of bacon. The chef comes with my well done bacon and apologize about the first order, she said she thought they were too over cooked, and still sent them out. According to my resources, Apparently she got side tracked by her phone. Lol. Hope she reads this on Unilocal!
I would be embarrassed to send stuff out like that.
NOT COMING BACK TO IHOP AND NIGHTS! They have NO HOPE.
