Just picked up a stuffed crust pizza and was super disappointed. My pizza was the GREASIEST thing I think I’ve ever seen. The pizza was literally only about 4 mm thick and it’s like the dough was kneaded out SO thin that it just turned out floppy. Disgusting. As close as this place is to home, I’ll be ordering from Mellow Mushroom from now on. Only upsides: ease of ordering from their online app and speed that it was ready.

This place is a far cry from other pizza hut chains. They send out sub par food and when you call to complain they either put you on hold forever or they speak to you in code. My wife was pregnant and unfortunately had a craving for the pasta, I ordered it on one occasion and it took over an 1 hr to get here and we only lived 5 mins away and this was on a Monday and they were not busy, we asked the driver. They need to do better.
