Recently came in to this store because of its convenient location after my wife and I went to dinner, but after the experience there, I will skip all the other locations and take the drive out to Evans anytime I have any Tmobile needs! Great staff, Genuine conversations, Very knowledgeable of products AND they went above and beyond to make sure we did not lose any memories of our newborn, AND unlike most companies, they have a representative that is fluent in Spanish so they can get you covered all the way around! Great clean store! Unlike most technology based companies, they actually gave the toddler a tablet to watch YouTube and Netflix on while we processed the entire transaction which made this experience a very pleasant one for us. When my wife got a little tired they promptly brought her a chair to make sure she was comfortable through out the entire transaction, and they made sure to be courteous with out time so we didn’t spend hours in store! Best Cell Phone Service Experience Ever!
Picky Fat Kid X.

The store smells of rotten mop water, but the space looks clean. The employees were friendly and helpful, explained the reasons why they couldn’t give me a signal booster and I was on my way. Wasn’t going to argue the point at the store because«if you live in an area on the map that shows you get good coverage, we can’t give you a booster». Fair enough, I understand the logic. Disagree with it, but I understand. At this point, your rating would have been a good ol’ solid 3 stars. *call 800 number* explain issue to them, transfer to tech department, tell them the story above(minus the mop water, no one wants to hear about mop water). Tech department’s response. «so, they won’t give you the booster, the purpose being to make sure you have a signal, because the coverage map says you have a signal, but you clearly don’t? Yes. Well, that’s just stupid. We’ll send out the booster» Though I have minimal love for T-Mobile, they are cheap. And, if you use them it’s best to just call the 800 number and skip the face to face. Friendly employees, just not informed on some things.
