Most banks make mistakes (TCF stands out in my mind). However, I have been with Citibank for over five years and never really experienced any issues, however recently I had two and finally visited a branch (I do everything online). And, Polina assisted me both times. I am happy to report that this young lady is AWESOME and knows the meaning of excellent customer service! If you are looking for a bank in the Evanston area… run to Citibank!
