Terrible service, the one guy was fighting with me because I wanted a taster of ice cream(which they didn’t even have spoons for) then when I finally did get him to serve me the ice cream I choose it was disgusting, almost inedible and freezer burnt. If I thought it would make a difference I would have just given it back to him, but trust me it wouldn’t have. Never again, I’ll drive out of my way to go to another location

Bad customer service! I dread going there, but it is really close to where I live, what a shame!

Stopped by last week in the morning, the small parking lot was packed which is understandable. After circling the block 3 times I finally got a parking spot and pulled in. My order was simple, an medium ice coffee and two bagels. I would of liked to order more but the pushy cashier didn’t give me a chance, it seems like they’re used to a person ordering just a coffee and they don’t have patients for anything besides that. When I got my iced coffee, which had so much cream in it, it didn’t really look like coffee it tasted burnt. Tip, if your picky about how your coffee is made get it black then add your own amounts! The coffee itself was disgusting, for one it was burnt. I used to work in a restaurant so I know the taste of old/burnt coffee all too well. It was also water-down.Hands down the worst coffee I ever had. The bagels were ok, a little overly chewy and hard to chew for my liking. I don’t think they were fresh… Needless to say I won’t be going back to this location.

Because it is close by, I stop in sometimes in the afternoon. When I do, the supply of doughnuts and bagels is very low. Often there is only one bagel and maybe 10 doughnuts. They are always dry from having been on display since early morning. This store gets deliveries of product in the morning, yet it is open until late in the evening. You come too late(like in the afternoon) and you lose. But it gets worse. Twice now I have entered the store to find nobody minding the counter. I called out«ISANYBODYHERE?!» to no response. I knocked on the restroom doors — nobody in there. The first time I kept shouting and finally a guy come out from behind the food prep area to help me. I suspect he had been napping, but let’s give him the benefit of the doubt and say he was emptying the trash. The second time this happened there was another customer shouting along with me and with no response I decided to leave. As I went out the door, here came the guy from the back of the store again, but I didn’t bother to go back for a stale doughnut. There is one thing good about this place — it has delicious coffee and they can never run out of that, or can they? If they can, this will be the place it will happen.

I went here wed morning a few weeks ago. Two women were working at 645 am and i ordered a dozen donuts for work. One woman was getting a large order together. The other woman continue to get and fill drink and single donut orders ignoring my order, which I think is ridiculous. The place is in a great location, but the people working behind the counter are terrible compared to Starbucks or even McDonald’s. They do not look happy and barely say anything. Undercover Boss needs to do an episode at this location.

Need Zero stars for this place. Twice in a row now — stale, crusty doughnuts regardless of variety. Hard stale plain doughnuts, stale crullers, stale filled doughnuts with crust on the outside and dried out frosting that crumbles in the mouth. NASTY!!!

What The ____? It was an early Friday morning, in fact it was Halloween and I was on my way to work. I thought that I would pick up some dounts for the guys at work. Before I knew it I had passed up all of my usual donut stops. I remembered that there is one Dunkin’ Donuts close to work that I haven’t been to before. As I pulled up I noticed that I was the only one there. I told the guy behind the counter that I need 2 dozen donuts so he rang me up first. He grabbed the donuts as I called them out and boxed them and bagged them up for me. When I got to the office and opened up the boxes I noticed the donuts looked like they had been out for a while. They looked like day old donuts all dried out and not too fresh. What The ____. I ended up putting them out and because these guys don’t care and probably have a 5 second rule if something hits the ground, they ate them up. I promise to not flake out next time while driving into work and go to my normal Dunkin’ Donuts where the donuts are fresher.

My co-workers and I would frequent this Dunkin Donuts often to indulge in their $ 1 iced coffee. Early on, the experience was satisfactory. The service was more than adequate, and the coffee tasted great. Within the past few months, however, the service has declined, and the quality of the coffee has become horrendous, to the point that we universally have deemed it undrinkable. The coffee’s color has consistently been too light, and the taste seems more reminiscent of soapy water rather than iced coffee. I have ordered the same beverage countless times from various other locations, and have had exceptional results. The experience I have had with this Dunkin had soured myself and my co-workers towards the company as a whole for some time now, resorting to drinking Starbucks exclusively with acceptance towards the higher price for higher quality. My suggestion is to avoid this location if you lust for coffee that looks and tastes like coffee. If your desire is for Dunkin, drive a little further and patronize the location at Dodge and Dempster instead.

The worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time. There were two women working the shift when I went it – it was a simple order: Medium Ice Coffee with Skim milk and caramel. I order this drink every time I go to Dunkin– and the one on Davis St. inside the purple line station does an AMAZING job — this one on Green Bay Rd. NOTSOMUCH. I continuously got asked, «with what?» I literally had to repeat myself five times. It was two in the afternoon and I was the only customer they had, so it wasn’t an issue of sound. I was standing there by the cash register waiting for my drink for three minutes. The two female co-workers kept on talking amongst each other in what ever language they spoke – ignoring me completely. I politely asked, «is my drink ready?» They both gave me a dead stare, while one of them said«its the only drink on the table, go get it.» I looked in the back and saw a small booth –my drink was indeed the only one there, and it had already started condensing. Normally, Dunkin employees would give you your drink while you wait by the cash register, especially when you’re the only one in the shop. Overall: Never come here again. Rude employees and bad service.

I’m a fan of Dunkin Donuts, but this particular location is sub-par. They are always out of the kind of doughnut I want and the ones they do have are typically stale. I feel like they rarely bother making a fresh batch. I’ve stopped here three times, hoping each time for improvement, but every doughnut I’ve had here was hard as a rock.

Service is good, food is okay. I get bacon, egg, and cheese on a croussant. I take it home and cook the bacon a liittle more for my taste and add more cheese.

I go here far too frequently on my way to work. The people who work there in the mornings are great! They remember my order, but don’t jump the gun and start it when they see me, making it more difficult to switch it up. I get their wheat bagel w/plain cream cheese most mornings. It is always toasted to perfection — brown but never burnt, and they put on an ample amount of cream cheese. Most Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to burn the bagel and give you one of those cream cheese tubs so you really can’t eat your bagel en route to work. If you prefer the cream cheese on the side, they do have the individual tubs as well. The only reason this place doesn’t get 4 stars is the parking. There is only a small lot, which is shared with the car place next door, and parking is a mess. The lot is always full of idiot North Shore soccer moms and their huge SUV’s which they don’t know how to drive or park.

I was only here once, and it was really early in the morning and all I wanted was a bottle of water. So I stoped here because it was the only place I could find. So I went in and got some water and the guy who was working the counter was REALLY nice, and was really pushing for me to buy some donuts, but I didn’t want any donuts, I just wanted water. And I didn’t end up buying any donuts, but he was really applying his salesmanship and was pushing the donuts. And I’m going to only give this place 3 stars. But if I could rate the man behind the counter I would give him a higher rating for really trying to sell some donuts.
