I see this establishment is still doing SO well. I haven’t been back, even though I called the owner and told him what a dump and horrible employees he has. This might be the worst DD in the world.

Easily the worst Dunkin donuts I’ve ever been to. Started my visit in the drive through. Waited literally 6 minutes behind one car because they couldn’t get his order right. Backed out of the line, went inside and there was a line to the door, which wasn’t all that bad relatively speaking. Ordered food, took 10 – 12 minutes to get my food or my iced coffee. When I got my food, the chicken wrap I wanted to be «adventurous» and try was still frozen in the middle, we were shorted 3 hashbrowns(I normally wouldn’t care but these were for my son) and every person working behind the counter acted like they were annoyed and had much better things to do. Not just to me but to everyone there. This is an embarrassment. Get this under control management.

Worst service ever. I walked in with my three year old who waived and said hello to the two woman standing behind the counter. No hello in return. Looked at each other and laughed the entire time we ordered. Got the order wrong. When asked to correct order, they acted like they had no idea it was wrong so I asked for a receipt so I could show them what I ordered. When they remade the order, the older woman was eating ice cream while making my coffee. Then, after we sat down, all three workers sat down and loudly began laughing as they took drive thru orders from the dinning area. Flys everywhere. Great job folks.

This place is a disaster. I’ve been going here for three months(it’s the only DD on my commute) and I get more and more frustrated. Multiple orders have been messed up. Wait times are ridiculous. Some points; 1. They don’t have enough staff working during rush hour. Four people for a counter plus a drive thru just doesn’t work. 2. No good systems. Often, if I order a bagel, it’s not even put into the toaster until the rest of the order is done and I’m cashed out. 3. Indifferent staff. The staff don’t seem trained well or to give a lick about their customers. They always seem hassled and do not have good language skills. The day manager looks like she’d rather be anywhere but at work.

Serious times call for serious measures. I am very displeased with my service at this Dunkin Dounts that I have frequented. I have been known to make quick stops for goodies for my students and even for large groups — purchasing coffee for the masses… But no more. Today, I was overcharged by a dollar with the rationale being, «The owner has yet to change the drive thru price board, because he hasn’t received the changes from corporate». Usually, if the price shows one thing on a set menu, you don’t get to charge something different. If that would be the case, I would like to pay less everywhere I go. Wouldn’t you?

I have to take back my 4 star review as I am now very unhappy with this location. They don’t offer soy milk, and they were snotty about it. When I asked to fill out a comment card or talk to a manager to suggest adding soy milk, the lady(no idea if she was a manager or what), was dismissive and just said«our customers don’t want soy milk so we don’t have any.» Okay, soy milk does not expire for a long time, so it doesn’t hurt to have a small little carton for the lactose intolerant. They were rude, and that’s just really bad customer service. Won’t be back.

…I ordered a chocolate peanut butter shake… I was given… something…that tasted like it had been made with tap water… I did something I never do, and threw it out the window of my car… it was THAT bad.

I know, ragging on Dunkin Donuts about their counter service is like ragging on White Castle about their wine list. But this location seems to be consistently at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to taking orders correctly, making sure customers get what they pay for, and generally making a Dunk run at least not a gruesome experience. Perhaps Sunday mornings just aren’t the right time to go to this DD, but the last few visits we’ve made here have all featured incorrect and incomplete orders and slow service. Today’s had the added feature of six people waiting in line to place orders, three more waiting to receive their orders, and one counter person who seemed to be confused as to why all those people were staring at him. After finally reaching the counter(not counting a short side trip to see if the neighboring Subway was open — they weren’t, so we went back and resumed our wait at the back of the line, no progress having been made during our absence), we didn’t get rung up for all that we ordered, and we didn’t even get all the stuff we actually paid for. You’d think that with four or five people behind the counters doing what should be productive work, nobody should be waiting more than a few minutes between walking in the door and getting a cup of coffee and a bag of calories. Not here, though. Again, maybe people’s weekday or Saturday experiences might be a lot more positive… but walking into this particular DD on a Sunday morning is kinda like watching outtakes from«Walking Dead».

Stood there for 5 minutes. Instead of helping me some kid kept calling for someone else to help me. When she finally came, she told me to pay at the registers, even though I had not ordered yet, and scampered off before I could say anything… I’m pretty easy going, but I just walked out. The whole thing was ridiculous. Its run by 15 year old kids who don’t care. So, I’ve never eaten there, and I never will… Genuinely *terrible* service

Worst employee ever!!! ordered a berry blast or w/e he made the drink and gave it to me and it was $ 5.00 I paid him then realized the berry blast small is supposed to be 2.99 when I asked why there was a price difference he said I ordered a berry chiller not a berry blast I said no I wanted a blast. he said no I ordered a chiller and that he had a drive through order that he had to take I said no you need to help me I do not want this drink. he said sorry im busy I have to take this order. I said no I want a refund for my entire order then. and I asked to speak to a manager. he said he could not refund me and that there was no manager and to come back tomorrow I asked him to call a manager he refused. this is not how customers should be treated. EVER! I advise driving a little further to a Dunkin Donuts that respect customers.

Horrible drive thru service. This morning I went through the drive thru and asked if they had the vanilla chai because ive had it at another location. He says no, so I tell him that ill have a mocha coffee instead, and he replied with a «can you hurry up theres people waiting» … are you kidding me. I reversed, and was able to because there was no one behind me. Never again.

I like them, despite the fact that they sometimes get my order wrong… Okay let’s face it… a dunkin is a dunkin, but this one in particular has a very narrow drive-thru and they try … they really do try, but Evanstonians need their coffee so therefore it gets congested. This is where they can sometimes mess up your order. However, there is the sweetest girl who always works there and she is very accomadating if they mess up. I believe she is the new manager. She’s totally awesome and will correct any mishaps! She really engages with customers and gets to know them. Every time I have gone there she is always conversating with regulars, which shows people want to come back here for her and her customer service. I am please with this location mostly because of her =). I will be back for more Iced Coffe, Cream&sugar, with caramel swirl ! (You should try this one day!)

the drive thru is horribly placed … i nearly almost had a fight with this crazy lady because the line started in the parking lot versus who got there first… also my veggie egg white flat bread was under cooked… not toasted to my liking… and to top it off they ran out of ketchup for their wonderful overcooked hashbrowns thumbs down for this dunkin donuts

Overpriced for mediocre quality. Not worth it. I went to try their new version of the blizzard(soft serve ice-cream mixed with peanut butter cups). I was told to wait while they determined if the machine was even working since it had been problematic… didn’t it JUST come out!!! I then ordered a large… it was $ 6.53!!! Are you kidding me!!! The large is probably the equivalent to a regular sized McD’s soda. The peanut butter cups were plentiful for the first ¼ then basically disappeared. Very disappointing overall. I was also here one month ago for a sundae, and they were out of whipped cream. No discount was offered. How can a big ice cream chain be out of whipped cream? And I agree that the service is less than desirable. It employs young kids who act like they could care less about their jobs. I don’t expect the«best» service, but it really shows that they are young, inexperienced, and being paid accordingly. I feel like they jacked up the price since it is a *new* product, but we’re not re-inventing the wheel here. Not worth the price and the customer service is lacking overall. I went through the drive thru both times and cannot comment on the interior.
