I don’t like factory nail salons. What is that? A place that takes walk-ins over appointments. I know nail salons have down time, and it stands to reason that they would want to take a customer if they have time. I have no problem with that. What I do have a problem with, however, is places that take all walk ins, regardless of appointments. I called Evanston Nails to see if I could go in for a pedicure in the next 5 minutes, and the gentleman who answered said no, they were very very busy. I thanked him and was about to hang up, when he said «you can come in 20 minutes?» I said yes, gave him my name, and said I would be there in 20 minutes. When I arrived 22 minutes later, I was told it would be a 30 minute wait because of walk-ins. Nope. That’s what I get for cheating on my regular salon. Never again.

Went here for the first time yesterday and I really liked it! The staff was friendly and personable and the manicure and pedicure I received were very thorough and well done. Very clean and nice place to get your nails done. Prices are reasonable and they give a cash discount for services. I will definitely be back :)
