Though apparently described as «pricey» by others, framing is one of those areas where you get what you pay for. My partner’s and my experience is that at the Frame Warehouse you get the best. Between framing for his workplace and for our home, they have done a lot of work for us, nearly all of it excellent — and when it wasn’t exactly the way we wanted it, they were happy to make it right. You really cannot ask for more.

The people at Frame Warehouse on Dempster here in Evanston framed several of my extremely old botanicals collected on a Wisconsin farm. The work they did on the matting and framing is exceptional. The pieces are beautiful. But moreover, they were extremely kind to me as the pieces sat in their store for a good bit of time. I won’t forget that kindness nor their beautiful work. The shop is cozy and has a great energy and now and then they hang the work of local artists. To all at the FW, thank you so very much. I’m deeply grateful. Lori
