I came here with a Groupon and two old magazine prints that I’ve had for about ten years. I never framed them because they were odd sizes, and I knew framing would be pricey. The service here was great, and they worked with me to find to find great frames and mats. I took off one star because there was a sizing mix-​up which resulting in two frames in slightly, distractingly, different sizes. They fixed it up free of charge, but it was an annoyance that it happened at all and that the new frames took much longer than the originals.
All in all, I would recommend them for good service, good results, and (relative to Chicago) reasonable meter parking right out front.

They were clearly annoyed when I presented my Groupon. That’s always disappointing.
I have an appointment in two weeks to actually build my frames, so I can’t comment on that aspect of the experience yet, but for the expense ($ 100 off notwithstanding) and the relaxed time line, I would have expected great customer service instead of a hurried, high pressure frame selection process.
