Fresh Tech Maid

Glenda was wonderful. She was very friendly, and a very hard worker. She even did the little details like folding my towels perfectly, and cleaning my window sill. She even cleaned a bathtub stain that was there when I moved in. Anybody who gets Glenda will be very lucky and blessed she will do her best. I want her back.

Izzy and Rachel have both done a great job cleaning my apartment — it’s so nice to have everything clean and organized when they’re done!

The maid tech was polite and nice however, her cleaning job gets a D. I just wanted my hardwood floors cleaned — she vacuumed them for an hour — which was unnecessary — the floors were not clean — her cleaning technique was horrible. I talked to the office because they wanted to charge me an additional amount because she wasn’t finished. Need I say I will not use this service again nor would I recommend them.

Antonia and Brianna did a fantastic job cleaning my condo. They truly left no stone unturned and even did an amazing job at cleaning out my fridge and my stove — above and beyond. They couldn’t have been more pleasant to have around for half the day. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

WARNING: This service solicits 5 star reviews! I used this service once. It was very expensive ($ 105) for average service. My cleaner was nice and prompt. She was there about 2 hours, so that’s a pretty hefty hourly rate! I was immediately solicited via multiple emails to write a five star review, and if I did, my cleaner would get extra cash. GUILT! i decided to go elsewhere due to price/​value. They then charged my credit card the $ 26 «discount» for repeat bookings. Without notifying me first. $ 131 for basic cleaning of a tiny 1 BR apt? Ridiculous. Avoid these guys. There are much better services out there for reasonable rates!

I’ve never used this service myself, but I’ve known the owner Wells for many years in a professional capacity. He is truly passionate about his company, and is constantly striving to improve the experience for both customers and employees alike. I can say with absolute confidence that this is a reputable and accountable company that will always go above and beyond. It’s a special thing for an organization to have a leader and owner like Wells!

Pilar did an outstanding job cleaning our home again! She paid special attention to our master bath and it was absolutely sparkling. Fresh Tech has been cleaning our home for nearly two years. With one glaring exception, the technicians have been wonderful. Obviously the exception did not return. Felecia has been our technician for a year. She is very pleasant to have around and does the highest quality work. She, and Fresh Tech, provide everything one could want in a basic housecleaning service, and they do it with safe cleaning products, which is extremely important to us. However, they have strict guidelines and do not, for example, want me to ask their technicians to do things like taking boxes or chairs to the basement, which others have always done. Want ironing done? Sign a waiver. Want silver polished, not on the list of things they are trained to do. For basics, great, which is what most people want. That said, Felicia is great!

This is the second time Izzy has cleaned. She is always on time, cheerful and enthusiastic. I have been happy with how clean my home is when she leaves. I appreciate the chemical free cleaning and how efficient Izzy is.

I have now had 2 months of service on a monthly cleaning plan with Fresh Tech Maids. I have been very pleased with the results. I generally don’t like letting strangers into my home but both the cleaners I have had have been respectful and left me happier with the state of my apartment.
The first month Felicia did a wonderful job. She was very easy going when I asked if she could vacuum a little earlier than she had planned so she could be done when I needed to get on a conference call.
Last weekend Caeli was also wonderful. She was able to get out almost all of the hard water stain that is very noticeable around the black sink counter in the bathroom.

Antonia & Yodit just did their first cleaning for us yesterday, and it was amazing! Extreme attention to detail, and every corner of our house was clean. Very impressed, and looking forward to having the same team bi-​weekly clean our home.
