We are regular customers of little wok and we love it! The service is always great and the food is always on point. It got us feeling some type of way all the time.

This is one of my favorite sushi place, I have tested all they sushi on a menu and I love it, It’s alway fresh. I very like Volcano and Dragon from specialty rools, and of course classic spicy tuna and smoked salmon!!! I don’t live in this area, so if I’m around I always stop by for lunch or dinner! Also we order a lot carry on or catering! Highly recommend this place!

I’ve ordered take out a few times here — it’s close to my job, so when I have a taste for it, I order it for lunch. I’ve been very underwhelmed by their sushi, and today was the final time I will be ordering from them. I ordered their spicy yellow tail roll as well as a philly roll. The yellow tail roll was 80% jalapeño. No where on the menu was it mentioned that the roll contained jalapeño. I don’t mind it, because I wanted spicy, but the amount of jalapeño, and the size of the pieces was kind of ridiculous. The roll tastes extremely crunch, you can’t even detect the fish in it due to the amount of raw pepper. Please see my pictures — you can see the rolls them selves, and then the amount of pepper(and the size of the pieces) that I finally ended up removing. Seriously — I like jalapeño, but this was kind of ridiculous. I was expecting like spicy mayo or something… Another complaint worth mentioning is the size of their take out soy sauce containers. You cannot actually fit a piece of sushi in it, to dip. You would have to pour the soy sauce in a different container. I order sushi take out a lot, and it seems that every other sushi place has the standard size container — all the same one, that you can actually fit a piece of sushi into. I don’t know why this place chooses this version… not very utilitarian. Maybe more cost effective for them? I paid 14 bucks for my two rolls — one of which was inedible. The philly roll was kind of gross, more mushy than other philly rolls I order from other places and was kind of warm… And the pieces are cut very very large. I’ve honestly had a better philly roll at Marianos, from the pre-packaged section. This was gross. Very disappointing meal. Will not be back.

Enjoyed the fried rice in bamboo, incredibly filling, but could be too much for the average person.

This is my go to sushi place. I have tasted basically their entire sushi menu and it is fantastic ! It is always fresh and perfectly made. As far as the Chinese food goes, I have tried the sesame chicken and spicy chicken fried rice. I would recommend that to anyone ! Very delicious and the chicken doesn’t make you question whether it is actually indeed chicken.

Good Chinese in evanston, disregard it is in a strip mall. Have been eating at all the others and they are good but this is the place we will keep ordering from.

I just got my order of Pad Thai from this place and it’s terrible: it’s super oliy. I mean dripping with oil. It just tastes differently and weird. Too bad have wasted my lunch money. Definitely not going to be ordering from here again.

Last night my best friend surprised me at Little Wok with many others for my 17th birthday. It was truly amazing to share that moment with this place. I ordered the usual California rolls and it looked enticing. It tasted even better. The ambiance was nice/cordial but could be casual if preferred. My friends ordered orange chicken, Godzilla sushi, pad thai, noodles and so many other dishes. They ate a lot! My waiter was really sweet too! I had a really great time and I’ll definitely come back.

Great dinner here! They also have tapioca smoothies. Check out the menu online. Trust me– they have whatever you’re looking for. I got one large entrée for two people, and we have leftovers. Delicious. I’m glad to find a place in Evanston, finally! Lunch specials look reasonably priced; I can’t comment on the portions for lunch. Easy parking, just east of McCormick Blvd, in the plaza with Food for Less, and right by the gas station. I ordered take out.

I order from here all the time pick up and delivery. Very good professional quality food. Honestly would rank em high up with some of the fine dining restaurants. Menu has plenty of options and I don’t think I’ve ate one thing here that I didn’t like.

Best delivery chinese food ever! I love this restaurant a lot, after trying numerous other chinese restaurants this one is a clear winner. The menu offers a lot of variety and the portion size is very generous. Price wise it’s on the cheaper side too, but the quality is very good. I’ve never dined in and only had delivery, the delivery speeds are very fast and the delivery people have always been nice. Really, no complaints here. Also the appetizers are generous, the pot stickers are huge and the wrapper is quite doughy and tasty while the pork filling is nice and tender. I usually just get that and a drink and i’m full :)

Currently waiting for take out, I order Mongolian beef, and two Beef Lo Mein, and an order of crab rangoon. Ambience is nice and cordial. We definitely will let you know how the food was.

About three years ago when this business was newer, hubby ordered some carryout sushi for us from Little Wok. The rolls didn’t look fresh at all, in fact they looked old, and they turned my stomach. We threw them out, were VERY disappointed and vowed not to waste money here again. Fast forward to today, my husband wanted Chinese and the place he recently discovered is closed on Mondays. He hasn’t been thrilled with the Chinese in the area; usually we find one dish we like at one place, another dish we like at another place, and good soup or pot stickers or egg rolls, etc., will be somewhere else! We have a friend who swears by Little Wok’s chinese, and being minutes from our home, we decided to try again. Just no sushi! He ordered crab rangoon, an order of beef lo mein spicy, another order regular for our daughter, and Mongolian beef for me.(Good Mongolian beef is definitely hard to find!) He and our daughter both enjoyed their lo mein and he said the spicy had a great kick. We all liked the crab rangoon, except we weren’t crazy about onions mixed in there. Who does that? The consistency of the crab-cream cheese mixture doesn’t bode well with crunchy pieces of onion, so I was turned off and just ate the outside. My Mongolian beef was delicious! The beef was tender and the sauce was very flavorful. It was very heavy on the sauteed onions, so while I like them in this dish, next time I would just ask for easy onions. Our experience today was good enough that we would come again, and maybe even try other dishes.

How have I not tried or heard about this place yet?! It was delicious. I ordered through Unilocal,no problems there. We ordered Mongolian beef, orange chicken, and pot stickers. Oh and chicken fried rice. My One regret was not ordering a large orange chicken. It was that good. Not too tangy, not spicy, just perfect. The pot stickers were thick. I was nervous at first but they won me. Mongolian beef was pretty good to. My only negative was that there was barely any beef in our 2 large orders. Way too many onions. But everything was tasty and priced reasonable. If I’m in the area again and craving some solid Chinese food, I’ll be coming back.

Little Wok is just amazing. We order from here all the time for delivery and the food comes quick and always the temperature you need it to be. Eating in makes the food taste that much better and you get great service. Little Wok is amazing because you get a huge selection. It is a one stop shop for any craving — Thai, Korean, Japanese, or Chinese. My husband and I have tried almost everything and we order from here all the time. Cannot say enough good things about this place

The best sushi around freshly prepared with a big variety. The clay hot pots are extremely good from here and the noodle dishes are diverse ranging from Japanese /Chinese and other Asian favorites This place is a definite must try.

Ordered from here because I tried another place and it sucked. This place is as always awesome. Delivery within the hour according to grub hub but it always arrives much faster. Chow fun with beef, crab Rangoon and potstickers. Everything fresh hot and delish. :)

Experience: my friends and I have been here since its inception. What has changed are the menu options, menu prices(slight increase but nothing major) as well as the ambiance(in a good way). Food: They have a really diverse menu with different«Asian» food options from a Korean stone bowl to sushi to standard Chinese plates like orange chicken and beef broccoli. –The sushi is a really good value and the most amazing part is if the sushi chef is in– he usually makes the dishes a work of art! I’ve seen sushi shaped like trees, peacocks, and even sushi with hearts and roses! –Their salads are yummy! They have avocado salads and different types of seaweed and cucumber salads that are served on cute glass plates. –They have really tasty«bubble shakes” — what makes it fun is that they come in huge neon green goblets!(the tapioca is kind of chewy but not that great– I do recommend the coconut!) Ambiance: The music is cheesy(it’s a looped cd over and over with alternative and soft rock mixes) and the wall art is as well. There are four booths that are kind of tight in space but they also have tables with chairs for more room. –The bathrooms are really clean but the sink is kind of too close to the faucet. The sink is a round glass bowl and is really pretty. Service: There is this one waitress who is really thin(and only works there two days a week) who is AMAZING. She has been there the longest and knows her stuff! She is polite, quick, and really nice. –The other waiters and waitresses are okay. Some are better than others(there was this really nice super skinny guy once) but none as good as the skinny waitress(who is there on Tuesdays I think). All in all, a decent local sushi place. It is the place to go to satiate my craving for Asian food– without outrageous prices(like other local establishments). Plus I can come in wearing gym clothes and not feel dressed down!
