Dr Miriah Plawer is absolutely amazing! I never felt rushed during my visits and she thoroughly answered every question I asked. She was calming and reassuring during my c-​section for which I was extremely nervous. She was kind to my family when checking in on me after my surgery. Her nurse Sonia also is very caring towards patients and promptly answers any messages I left her. Highly recommend this practice!

Dr Warner is a the kind of gynecologist every woman wishes she could have — accessible, thorough, competent and reassuring. She has been my doctor for many years and her advice and her practice has gotten me through several medical problems successfully. She also has a great bedside manner and a wonderful team. If you can get into see her, I would absolutely recommend it.

Dr. Jennifer Kim and the MCWHC staff are wonderful! Dr. Kim is very thorough and has a great bedside manner. Her staff is efficient, caring, and prompt! I researched Dr. Kim and the MCWHC thoroughly before choosing them as my healthcare provider and I have no regrets!

This office has been so amazing to me! Dr. Warner is really easy to talk to but still so professional and always puts my care first. The nursing and administrative staff are also so wonderful and incredibly prompt getting back to me. Can’t say enough good things!

Dr. Hoprasart is my favorite doctor of all time. She’s patient, caring, and always listens (even if my request or question seems silly.) I’m moving out of the state and the office allows me to continue to see them. So happy I found this place!

Dr. Warner is terrific. She went above and beyond to deliver my son safely – we are both happy and healthy thanks to her!

I cannot give enough praise to Dr. Amy Henriott and her nurse, Kate. They are absolutely wonderful! They are kind, caring, smart and professional. I’ve had a great experience with them through all of my pre-​pregnancy through my post– baby needs.
I’ve rarely waited here longer than 5 or 10 minutes and my questions left on the nurse voicemail line are always answered promptly and thoroughly.
If you’re looking for an OB/​GYN, look no further! I can’t recommend them enough!

I’m so frustrated, I am late with my period and my husband and I are trying to conceive. I called and explained this to the front desk, they said to just come in, since I had never been late before. I specifically asked how long the appointment would take as I would be going in during the work day and had meetings set up. I got there 10 minutes early (10:20)with all my forms pre filled out. I waited for 40 minutes before asking when I would be seen. They informed me that they nurse would be right out to get me. She was, at 11am, she took me right back and then proceeded to ask me all of the questions I had answered on my paperwork so she could enter it all into the computer. at 11:25 the doctor finally came in. Please note that I had told everyone I had spoken to that I had taken the pregnancy tests at home with negative results (including the doctor). She obviously wasn’t listening to me and told me that we would be doing an ultra sound and blood test. Fine. Got prepped for the ultra sound, wait another 10 minutes. Dr. Bennett comes in, does the normal OBGYN exam, then asks why I haven’t told my husband, I explained that I was waiting for a positive result so we both wouldn’t get our hopes up. She stops, and says wait you haven’t had a positive result yet. Nope. Oh well then we aren’t going to do an ultra sound, did they test your urine, did you give urine? Yes I gave a sample, no they did not test it. Okay I’ll be right back. Another 10 minutes. I’ll just send you for blood work, blah blah blah. don’t come back until you get a positive result. Thanks for nothing doc!!! I get upset and explain that this was a giant waste of time and I am already late for meetings. She tries to tell me it wasn’t because I got my annual done at least. Oh thanks! So I get dressed, and leave, ticked, go to get blood work… oh they closed at noon you missed them by 2 minutes.
So unorganized, so upsetting :(

I have been going to MCWHC since I was a teen and will never go elsewhere! The nurses, doctors and staff are all around unbelievably kind, understanding and personable people. They have no problem answering questions, and are always there to support you no matter what the issue is. I truly love this place and feel they provide the highest level of care and service out there !

Everyone was great here. I was always able to schedule an appointment around my work schedule. The front desk staff is was always nice and friendly. The wait time was always less than 10 min. I really liked Dr. Henriott and her nurse Kate. Both were very nice, warm, and genuine people. I never felt like Dr. Henriott rushed me or spent too little time with me. Kate would return any call I made that day. Both answered all my questions and spend plenty of time with me. Unfortunately, I had to move out of state. The front desk staff and medical records team were great about faxing my records to another office (actually 2 different offices), with very short notice. I really wish I was able to stay with this practice throughout my pregnancy.

My review is for Suite 752, i.e. Warner, Pellar and Kim office. After three years here, I have been very happy with my visits. The staff and nurses are stellar. Sometimes the wait time is long especially in the afternoon, but I’ve always been happy with the results of the visits. Dr. Pellar has been available for all my prenatal visits and the birth. She always asks me if I have any questions and provides helpful advice. She was also not pushy about any birth plans I had although always let me know all the available options. I have also had appointments with Drs. Warner and Kim when Pellar wasn’t available who were very easy to talk to and helpful.
I’d highly recommend this specific practice. I can’t speak for the other practice in the building.

Horrible service. I had a muscle spasm had to go to the emergency room Dr miller who was on call argued with me when I said I never felt pain like this before his respond was don’t you have 2 kids??? What does this have to do with having 2 kids? He was very unprofessional, rude and ignorant has no understanding of putting a patient to ease in this situation. Dr ellman who was my primary dr never followed up with me the next day or ever for that matter. I switched to a different practice right away. I can’ not take a chance going into labor with this kind of doctors. Will never go back or recommend them to anyone

Though it takes me about 10 minutes to remember which side of the garage to park on, that’s beside the point. Dr. Linda Welch is AMAZING and super sweet! Always follows up with me and is fantastic about making sure ALL of my concerns are addressed. I recommend her highly!

Dr. Hoprasart is wonderful! The whole staff here is amazing and I’m very glad I chose this place when my husband and I moved to the north side. I’ve been going here for just over a year and chose Dr. Hoprasart based on a recommendation from my sister-​in-​law, who is a nurse and has a nurse friend who mentioned that Dr. Hoprasart had the best reviews from patients overall. My husband and I have been trying to start our family since last December and we unfortunately started off with a miscarriage. Everyone at this office was so kind and supportive. I am pregnant now and just had a bit of a scare a few days ago. Even though I had just been in for a check up and ultrasound, Dr. H’s nurse Marie (who also rocks) fit me in that day for an appointment. Dr. H was so understanding and reassuring and gave me another ultrasound to put my mind at ease. I really have only good things to say. All the nurses and techs are wonderful as well (I’ve seen a lot if them). I highly recommend this facility and Dr. Hoprasart!

Iv been seeing Dr Jill Hoprasart for four years now. She delievered my son and helped me through many health issues. She is the best dr I have ever been to. Shes kind, caring and extremly personable.

Dr. Bennett is a fabulous doctor and she was great throughout my second child’s pregnancy and delivery. I can’t think of anyone better to have held my hand through this process. As a mom herself, she adds that additional touch of comfort and understanding, as well as professionalism.

Dr. N. Jill Hoprasart is extremely helpful and understanding. I travel quite far to see her as my OB/​GYN.

Dr. N. Jill Hoprasart is, by far, the best OB/​GYN I’ve ever seen. She’s ironed out many health problems for me, and is the woman to talk to about the pill, fertility, and everything else. She’s smart and sharp, but listens to all of your questions and clearly knows what she’s talking about.
I’ve never had to wait at this office for more than 5 – 10 minutes, and while I’ve had a couple of bad blood draws by people in training, I recommend it wholeheartedly. You won’t be sorry.

I have had nothing but trouble with this office. I never actually saw a doctor upon my first visit, and the incompetent staff has been unable to submit my bill to my insurance company, and after three months of trying to get matters resolved, I paid the unadjusted bill myself. But either they mis-​addressed their own return envelope or they lost my check in the office, because I now have a collection agency after me.
