I have been working with Nate for years. I first met him when I bought an office building and wanted it completely redone. Nate is beyond creative and has to be top 3 green architect in the state. Since our meeting I have done several projects with Nate and couldnt be more pleased. I am very picky who I send people to but would recommend Nate to anyone. He really is excellent!!!

Nathan Kipnis Architects Inc. redesigned my entire house. The work was extensive and took several months. Throughout the process I was impressed not only with the beautiful design but also their knowledge of every aspect and detail of the construction process including the mechanicals. They were involved with each stage of the project from the bid comparison to the punch list. They are well known for using sustainable resources and green features in their design which I now appreciate on a daily basis as my utility bills are very low for the space. I would most certainly choose to work with them again.
