Great Experience. The facility is very clean. The staff was very Helpful. And the location was perfect for my needs.

I rented a unit at the facility. After the first week someone damaged the corner of the unit and the door would not stay on track. It was easy to crawl in the unit between the door and the track. Obviously a lock was of no use. I complained to the office personnel (Derrick) and he said he would submit a work order to repair it. 2 times a month I came to the unit and it had not been repaired. Derrick said he filed a work order (each time). After 6 months of requesting that the storage locker door be repaired and no results, I called the district manager Phil Cacciatore, and he said no work orders were ever submitted. He has not returned my call since. I moved to CubeSmart in a much more secure, nicer environment. Be forewarned. ZERO STARS!

So far, so good. Haven’t had any problems here. Erica is very nice and pleasant to work with. The $ 20.00 late fee is steep, but I have no complaints. They really have good customer service.

Great help here from manager Mickey. She really did her best to make the transition easy moving our freshman daughter out of Northwestern Univ dorm for the summer break. Cheers to her!
