They do everything associated with 3D printing. I was in this building visiting another company and stopped by this place out of curiosity. Even though I had no knowledge of 3D printing I was given a tour of the place and shown some of their projects. Really cool stuff.
They can sell you a printer, offer services to help you with your project or even just print you out an item if you just need that.
