Subway

I work right around the corner from this one, so obviously when I’m not looking to spend much I go here. Recently I ordered a salad because I had gotten one at a different subway and it was pretty good. After I ordered it and went through the process I was asked if I wanted oil and vinegar as my dressing and I responded no, because obviously I wanted to pick out of the individual dressings they sell with the salads. I said ranch figuring I would get a ranch packet like previously, but was given the ranch they put on sandwiches which was annoying to me considering I want to control how much or how little I put on my salad. I then shrugged it off and asked for croutons. The guy told me they didn’t have croutons. What kind of place doesn’t have croutons for their salads? I know all of the previous subways I’ve been to have had them. I left annoyed. Probably not going back. I could spend my six dollars elsewhere. Also they are very stingey with their ingredients you want in them.

Probably the worst subway I have ever been to. Stale crumbly bread, stingy on the ingredients, and a sandwich that is falling apart. I will choose one of the other (many) locations from now on.

This subway is always friendly and fast. My order is kinda unusual so when I get a newer person it sometimes confuses them for a bit but they are always pleasant while the check on how to make it and never seem bothered by it.

Update: 5 stars become 3 since the main sandwich guy has become a little bit testy!
Subways are so very inconsistent. This one is a o.k.
Nice people, clean, good sandwiches & prices, much, much better than Subway on Dodge or Central.
