The staff here are so incredibly rude and cold, especially the one female manager who always talks about customers in Hindi with other staff. She is very rude.

My go to for an incredibly cheap lunch. $ 3 lunch special is great (difference sandwich each day of the week). Bathrooms are clean. Open til 3am. What more does a college student need?

THIS IS THE BEST SUBWAY EVER.
The workers are the nicest people and always remember you. I know people that pass up other subways to come to this subway for their cookies, because they are soft and full of cookie goodness. It is always clean — when it’s not busy you usually find one worker making sandwiches and the other cleaning. They make the best sandwiches and have the nicest workers and the best cookies and is just the best ever.
BEST SUBWAY IN THE US! GO PETER AND JAY AND KINJAL!

This restaurant is INCREDIBLE! Some of the best food I’ve ever had. First of all, there’s so much variety! They have at least four different types of bread, which they make into a sub of any length you want, as long as it’s either 6 or 12 inches. Then they’ll ask you what type of meat and cheese you want — an overwhelming question, since they have more meat than a butcher shop and more cheese than a city made of cheese!!! Then you get to put the vegetables and condiments on, and I’ll tell you — you’ll be like a kid in a candy shop! Lettuce, peppers, olives! Mustard, mayonnaise, low fat mayonnaise! Subway is unbelievable!
And that doesn’t even begin to talk about the excellent service. At first I was skeptical of the phrase «sandwich artist,» but after one experience at this spectacular bistro, I understand exactly why they are called artists. Just as Michelangelo put all of his devotion and skill into «David,» these artists pour their heart and soul into each sandwich commissioned by a client.
Oh, and if their awesome service and variety aren’t enough of a draw: They have BAKED LAY’S.
If you ever have a chance to enjoy a meal from Subway, I implore you not to pass up on the opportunity. This food will raise the bar for what you expect from restaurants.

better for walking there than parking which is an issue. It’s a subway which means the stuff is always the same which is great, but the service was horrendous.

Can’t really go wrong with subways…
Unfortunately, this location tends to skimp a bit on some of the toppings. I love my sandwiches with a bit of a kick so always get banana peppers and jalapenos… and they usually give me like 4 pieces each. I’d like to have a good spice to bite ratio but sometimes parts of my sandwich feel a bit empty :/​
But the staff is friendly and welcoming!

Sure, it’s a Subway so you know exactly what you’re getting. Despite the fact that there is a Jimmy John’s around the corner, I am happy to have another lunch spot on the South Side of campus. The staff is small so they will remember your order if you go in often enough. Clean, toppings always look fresh. Welcome to the street, Subway.
