I’m so glad I did this! I had several nagging problems, wonky printer, malware glitch etc. John quickly fixed all my problems. He even found a file I thought was forever lost. He helped me better organize things and helped me clean out a bunch of stuff I wasn’t using. Very nice and very knowledgable.

John is the best! We had multiple questions from «please help us configure Apple TV» to streaming GoPro videos on our television. We were able to solve those two items on our wish list and learned tips and tricks to make life easier on all devices.
