We have been with US Cellular for years and have always been happy with the attention and customer service at this location.
Today we had an extordinary consultant –FREDY TAPIA– his patience in helping us understand, change our plans, upgrade and exchange 6 lines was fabulous. If you have questions about the plans or the phones he is clear and straight up. It must have taken 11⁄2 hours with to help us and the kids with lots of questions. It was also a pleasure that he did not try to upsell us but really tried to work with our needs. If you are looking for a new phone or plan you will be glad you took the time to speak with him.
