If you are looking for an acoustic door, in my case for a residential setting, definitely go with Aurora. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and super helpful. I was very impressed with their response time and availability to provide assistance when needed. When wrong part was shipped, they overnighted a new one.
The reason for the lost one star is due to complexity of building the door’s frame and mounting the door. I wish they had contractors around the country who knew the job and not have my contractor spend time to figure out all the details.
All in all — great product and great staff to work with. Thumbs up!
