They installed back camera that I got from Costco. With the
cars that came with the camera the price was fair. They were quick, kind and explanatory. I am definitely coming back!

So, I took my car here for AC Service because it was recommended by BowWow, and the gentleman who checked in the car was super nice. So why the one star, you may ask? Well, when he called to tell me what was wrong, he gave me the price of $ 600. That’s not what caused the stars to go down — it’s when he told me it was going to be $ 100 out the door for «diagnostics.» Now, I don’t know what diagnostics are, but I brought my car in and he didn’t do anything for me — and he’s going to charge $ 100. That’s crazy, and I really wasn’t informed that the diagnostics would cost so much — if I would have known that, I would have held off on even bringing the vehicle in for service.
I’m pretty disappointed in the amount of money I am paying for them to really do nothing for my car. That being said, maybe this is standard procedure and I am just ignorant to how things go. But, I am most upset about not being armed with that knowledge.
