Auto In Transit

Intransit was brokered to deliver a new car for me via another company that I called for a quote originally…
They were able to pick the car up within an hour or two of it being dispatched… but as soon as I ran into a small issue and needed 30 more minutes to get the car ready, they got upset and threatened to cancel the transport. So I ended up rushing the job just to get the car on the road.
I called the day before the promised delivery date and they said it’d be there the following day around noon… car never arrived. They did end up delivering the next day but never told me until I finally asked for the 3^rd time.
As far as I know, the car was delivered without damage. If they weren’t so rude at first and communicated better throughout the drive that they would be late, this review would be a 5 star… however, I’ll have to see how they do the next time I need some transport and post an update!

These guys are horrible. Damaged my vehicle ($ 850.00 worth) They don’t discuss it, they didn’t even respond to their own insurance company. Their deductible is $ 1,000.00 so now their insurance company won’t pay for the damage.
Never use them, it isn’t worth it
