Bankrupt Inventory Liquidators

This place is like the TJ Maxx and Marshall’s of furniture. They buy from other retailers in the market that are either going out of business or have overstock.
We were looking for a sectional when we came but didn’t find one we liked. However, we found such a great deal on a dining room set that we just couldn’t pass up. Some of their items are better quality than Ikea but cheaper! It’s a hit and miss sometimes and can be a bit out of the way but if you do score something, it’s usually a great deal. There’s about 3 floors of goodies — dining room, bedroom and living room sets. If it was closer to us, we would definitely pop in more often!

I have been to this store on multiple occasions and have been a satisfied customer every time. The furniture prices are amazing and the selection is unique. All the furniture I’ve purchased at this store I have loved. The people in the store are always helpful (sometimes overly helpful) and friendly. Everytime I’m looking for furniture I visit this store first.

About 8 months ago my wife and I came here and bought a queen size bedroom set. We still have it and it is in great condition and just love it.
We visited this store a few times trying to find just the right bedroom set and on every visit had a blast strolling though the store looking though all there wonderful items they have. Everything seemed to be very good quality. Also the staff is very friendly and very helpful they have a reasonable delivery service that handled our merchandise with care. We look forward to shopping with them again… Hope they have baby stuff :)

Buyer BEWARE especially of the manager September O., worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! We bought a Queen Matress, frame, and a King Bed Set. The Queen mattress made it okay but the more expensive product never did. They had sent the wrong size, and called me later that day to say the one I had purchased was damaged. I understood that things happen so I told them I would be in the following day to either pick out a new one or get a refund. Upon arriving a sales associate Holly helped me out and she was amazing and helpful. Once we looked around I realized there was nothing I wanted. So I asked for a refund because I had paid with cash. September the manager then came up and was EXTREMELY unpleasant and honestly unprofessional and snobby. When I asked for cash she had said they didn’t have any… A furniture store at the end of the day not even having $ 600? REALLY? So she then explained how I would have to get a check which I was fine with but she couldn’t give me a time in which to expect it nor would she even want to give me her name?! I couldn’t believe it. They had expected me to walk out of the store with no proof that they were going to issue a payment, a timeframe, or an individual whom approved the refund. I left Bankrupt Inventory Liquidators feeling completely disrespected and unappreciated as a customer. They can expect to never see this customer again and the only word of mouth they will get from me will be this horrible experience. Again beware of Inventory Liquidators and at all cost avoid September O. the manager she obviously has a lot of growing up to do and understanding how to manage a situation, customers, and how to offer even decent customer service.
Such an avoidable situation if she would have just treated me with respect and assured me the refund would be issued right away instead of giving me reason to be concerned that I may not recieve it…
Don’t put yourself in this situation. Buy somewhere reputable!!!
