Fergie, who I believe is a manager (and if he isn’t, he should be), went so above and beyond the call of duty to help me out, I’m really amazed. I needed a drape panel to complete a set that I got at the Lynnwood Big Lots. Fergie looked everywhere in the store for a drape their system said they had, but actually didn’t. Fergie located one for me in Issaquah and personally drove it to the Lynnwood store. That is wonderful customer service. PLUS, the Everett Big Lots is the nicest one I’ve ever need in. Fergie ROCKS!

Fairly decent store if you are looking for average quality fare. The kids department is not good but the food selection is better. Seasonal items are what keep me going back.

Favorite holiday store. Cheap as dollar store and good selection. I. Just bought socks and have been here for small amount of items like cereal or decorations. Good selection of kids toys books and toddler emergency stuff. Clothes shoes. Cleaning items at really cheap and this store takes coupons too.

Lynnwood, WA
This location has a lot to be desired. I was here the other day looking for a Christmas tree. I had to track someone down for help and they seemed inconvenienced. I’ve found some good stuff here before, but overall it’s not the best location and is on the ghetto side. The parking lot is also confusing and strangely set up. Still, there are some good deals here, I just never want to actually go there to check them out.

Came here for a doggy bed and what a sale it was! There were a ton of options and I was really impressed… they even beat out Walmart too on prices and different options. Got a bed for my little Boglen (half Beagle and half Boston Terrier) for $ 15…at Walmart that would have been $ 10 more! There was also a huge selection of dog and cat toys as well. This place could use a little bit of sprucing up… it just felt like there was stuff everywhere! Like a hoarder just trying to clean up his act…
Pros:
— Pretty good deals for pet supplies
— Workers are super nice there as well and very helpful!
Cons:
— Place felt a little run down… like a hoarder that was learning how to clean up with himself before he became really bad
Why I gave it a 3…
Workers are nice and there are a ton of pet supplies. Shelves just need to be restocked and more organized… and the store overall just needs to be more organized and less clutter.
