Really satisfied with the overall customer service I experienced with this XFINITY store location. Upon arriving, we checked in. Waited about 5 minutes and was greeted by Austin. As a new customer, he was able to provide options and as well as exceptional service. If I had any questions regarding anything, I was able to email him and he got back to me very quickly. I signed up for cable, internet, and home security. Installation was scheduled for today and I was expecting them to come in between 8−10am. Was very surprised and pleased that they came right at 8. The guys that came in were very professional and very thorough with their work. The guys who did the cable and internet even gave us a little quick tutorial on how to use the X1. And the guys who did the home security did a run through on how to work the security system as far as arming, disarming, etc. Very impressed and happy with overall service! Keep up the good work! :)

Had a rather bad tough time with reps over the phone getting several issues straightened out. I took a friends advise and tried going into the store and I was impressed. First time I had been in one of their newer stores. Wait time was maybe 10 – 15 minutes when I went. A lot better than last time I had came into comcast. The kid i worked with was very professional and was able to get everything straightened out for me, only thing he couldn’t do was my lower my bill but otherwise a great improvement from past service center experiences

Update on my comcast evergreen issues. Yesterday I took a hour and a half of work to drop by the store before it closed. I talked to Dan the asst mgr. And in all fairness he fixed my previous issue with pricing. It took a while but in the end I kept the service and was issued a credit. I highly recommend talking to someone in a store if you are having issues with your Comcast bill. I spent hours yesterday on the phone with people from Comcast and it was a giant waste of time. No sympathy no compromise. But when I finally got back into the store I got the treatment I expected as a longtime customer.
