The kid’s bike had a shot back tire, needed tubes, water bottle cages and some spare nuts/​caps. The people there were friendly, helpful and cost conscious about what I needed. I thought they were very service oriented and plan to take any bike repairs to their shop in the future. Thank you!

I went in today because the tires on my Bob stroller were flat. They were extremely helpful. They put air in the tires and fixed a minor problem on one of the tires. The price was extremely reasonable and I would highly recommend them!

They definitely do up sell like going to the mechanic but that’s because they identify lots of problems that other shops wouldn’t even mention. Came in to get air in my tires and found out there were 5 problems with my bike that would cost around $ 110. Plus side is that I know these are issues now. They also cleaned and greased my chain for free which was a nice perk. I’ll probably come back.

Took my Schwinn bike in that I had just purchased used. I was greeted and helped right away. I described my issues and they rebalanced the rear wheel and discovered the front wheel needed a different style valve. This was done in about 15 min while a browsed around in the store. Great experience and reasonable price. Glad they are close by.

My husband went to purchase our son his first real bike after mastering the balance bike, he knew what he wanted and the employee got it for him without up selling or pressure. They said to bring our son and his bike in if we needed it adjusted or anything. I took them up on that the next day. The employee adjusted my son’s bike to fit and had him test it. I had to wait a few minutes while he helped another customer before finishing up my son’s bike, but it didn’t seem to bug the employees in there that my 2 and 4 year boys were being less than quiet during that time. This was all great, but what really sealed it was an hour later, after my son fell off his bike, the handle bars and wheel post were tweaked and it wasn’t rideable so we hopped in the car and headed back. Another employee immediately straightened it out and put it up on the counter and tightened everything. It’s good to know that when you spend good money, you are still taken care of after the sale.

Nothing like being upsold on every little thing. I brought my kids bike into the shop and paid to have the tires replaced. They literally going to charge me $ 7.50 to tighten a bolt. Absolutely ridiculous! I’ll be taking my business somewhere else.

I was very impressed by this bike shop. I went in looking for a new bike, and the employee who helped me was very attentive, carefully adjusting each bike I took for a test ride, checking my riding position on each bike before I rode it. (This was in marked contrast to another shop I visited, where the employee didn’t even bother to check the tire inflation before I rode.) I didn’t end up buying a bike there, but my experience was good enough that they won me as a customer. I will certainly return for bike clothes and accessories.

I can’t believe I have never put this bike shop on Unilocal. It has always been a great shop to repair and tune up our bikes. They are friendly, honest, fair, hardworking
.I recently broke my ankle and have had to use a knee stroller. The turning mechanism was not longer working so I couldn’t turn the wheels very well. Not only could they repair it but it was a better mechanism than the original and $ 40 cheaper! The turn over time was incredible and now I have my knee stroller back and am ready to roll.
My husband and I love this place. Great Work!

I’ve had nothing but good experiences in this shop for a number of years and wanted to mention them as a great place to buy a bike & take it for maintenance.
I bought my Trek 7.2 FX hybrid there a couple years ago and it was an outstanding value… REALLY hit the sweet spot in terms of price & quality. Years of fitness value and it’s needed very little maintenance.
The shop did a great job of setting me up with this bike and has tremendously helpful every time I’ve gone back for maintenance or parts, striving to do the work while I’m there and thus making sure I miss very little road time.
I highly recommend these guys!

I took two bikes here for tune ups. The customer service was very friendly and the workmanship was excellent.
