Bicycle Centres of Everett

This place is great. My group was four miles into a three day tour when my friend’s wheel decided to give out. These guys installed a new wheel at a great price and we were out of there in no time!
One of the better shops in the greater Seattle area I’ve ever been to. I will definitely be going back here in the future!

These are the BEST bike dudes ever! They know what they’re talking about but don’t make you feel like a knuckle-​head if you don’t. They take bikes seriously but not themselves. They are low pressure, good humored, honest, well informed and totally decent guys. I just bought a Specialized from them and it makes my heart go pitter-​patter. I will continue to drive from Shoreline to my bike boys in Everett for all things bike.

So after my last review I am happy to say the owner contacted my husband and myself. After reading the letter he wrote us and the email he sent me I wanna give him a great review. Sometimes we forget people are fighting personal struggles that affect their usual attitudes. So I wanna apologize to him and say thank you for taking the time out to contact us and explain. We will definitely return. He was very kind and he even gave his employee Devin a nod in the letter and acknowledged how great of an employee he is. So with that said I recommend you check these guys out. If you have a problem talk to him he is really a great guy just had a bad day. We’ve all been there!

I LOVE this place, but my story is complicated.
My wife and I stopped in to look at bikes expecting high pressure sales. We were pleasantly surprised to talk to a laid back guy who just wanted to answer our questions.
We hadn’t ridden bicycles in about 30 years and things have changed. The gentleman gave us some info and told us to go home and research on-​line and think about what we wanted. The staff is not paid on commission.
We came back a week or so later with some models in mind to try and were helped by another staff person who was friendly but kind of on the quiet side. We each bought a bike and some accessories ( Unilocal check in special on accessories) and a bike rack and were pretty happy with our bikes.
I am a tall person and the staffer sold me a large size Specialized Sirrus. I later found my arms and hands would get tired on longer rides and went back yesterday to see if they could raise my handlebars and add some bar ends ($ 20 accessory) to ease this discomfort.
The guys working took a look at me and decided I might need a larger size bike. They had me try an extra large version of the same bike which I found to be much more comfortable. They then just traded me straight across AT NO COST TO ME.
I have never had better service anywhere.
There is the slight issue of getting the wrong size bike in the first place, but I guess my body size could go either way and the only way to know was to ride a reasonable distance.

Just want to say I went in this weekend and the service and bib selection were fabulous. No pressure sales tactics on the bibs I purchased. Just a lot of help and options provided by the staff. I was also able to get a quick minor tune up completed all while waiting. This place is great. Thanks John and Brandon for the awesome service.

the guys at this store seem to know their stuff for the most part, but are not all that helpful and sometimes rude. I had some simple parts installed and was disappointed they did a horrible job. I had to go back again and they never apologized. I was also told they could get my bike in on a certain day without an appointment and it would take a couple hours. When I went in, they said it would be 2 days before they could get to my bike!

My girlfriend recently decided to get a new bicycle after not riding one for a few years. With bike styles and frames changing so much over the last few years, she needed some help deciding which bike was right for her.
When we went to Bicycle Centres of Everett, we received one on one attention, and received honest feedback on all bikes and accessories they carry. We were able to leave with a bike that she enjoyed, and at a price that was fair.
One issue that was a concern for my girlfriend was her latex allergy, which could be triggered by the various latex parts of a bike (handle grips, wheels, etc.) The staff at Bicycle Centres of Everett went above and beyond to remove or reduce the amount of latex exposure on the bike. Nigel even went out of his way to do online research and make phone inquiries to make sure that the materials they were using on the bike was latex-​free.
Thanks to the amazing staff we will return to Bicycle Centres of Everett for all of our bicycle services in the future.

The service here is top notch! I recently purchased a 2^nd Mtn Bike from this shop and have no been disappointed. I recommend the shop to all riders new and/​or experienced. They have stepped up to save me prior to race weekend and always find a way to solve the issue at hand. Good information and advice for your riding style. 2 of the guys I ride with have also purchased from here and are completely satisfied with the service and people.
Even during a race weekend one of our team members broke his chain, a guy from this shop (not sure if you wanted your name posted) was at the race and repaired the chain for him on the spot, then came out to Duthie to show us how it was done. Great time and great shop!

I bought my bike here. They are cool and so is my bike. My bike has a light for riding at night, whats your got?

Bicycle Centres of Everett is a family owned business and is one of the largest bike shops north of Seattle. It has a relatively nice selection of bicycles and bicycle components. Prices are competitive and the owner will often price-​match other local stores. Overall this is the best bike shop in the area.
