I’ve been going on and off for over a year. Love the flavored red bulls. Over the last couple months one of the ladies that’s there in the morning has been very rude. She never smiles and is very short when you try to talk and be nice. The last time I went there this last week I got two big red bulls and said I had a free one since I had 13 punches on my stamp card. She was very rude and said that big red bulls aren’t part of that. I said I’ve never been told that before in the last year. She said they would do it this time but can’t don’t it again. If I was told that over a year ago when I used my first full punch card on a big red bull I would have stopped going there, but I was never told that. I will never be going to this stand ever again and will be telling all my friends to not go here!

We are from New York and come to visit family regularly. This is some of the best coffee we have ever had. We highly suggest the 24 oz iced espresso(4 shot no water). It will get you going. I prefer mine with a little milk and one sugar, while my mate prefers his black. In two words«the best». And the workers are awesome!!!

I go here almost every morning and Katie is amazing. She has my drink memorized and it is always perfect! Sometimes when she sees me in line she makes it so when I pull up she is already finishing it! :) best stand I’ve been too and most consistent too.

I was a barista for a while so I know how I like my coffee and it’s decent here but I have to say it’s pretty inconsistent. I get the saaaame easy drink every time: iced white chocolate americano with cream. Sometimes they give it to me hot, sometimes they give me a chocolate Americano, sometimes I get an iced cup full of grounds, and sometimes I get the correct order but my cup is spilling coffee from the sides and nobody offers napkins. And now that I think about it there was one time recently when the barista assumed she could keep the change as a tip… I mean I was going to give it to her anyways but you don’t want to be presumptuous in that situation. Idk. It’s pretty hit and miss but it’s the most convenient stand for me to go to, so I go.

They are good, but I’ve had better. I’m kind of a regular. They’re drinks are way too hot. To the point where I’m waiting 45 minutes to an hour to actually drink it. They need to control the temp one way or another because I know people are thinking what I’m thinking. Other than that the service is nice, the girls are always nice.

I live just right up the street from this stand. I don’t know if it’s the time of day that I stop by for a drink, or the barista’s, but every time I have left unsatisfied with my drink. The girls are always friendly, typical for a church-going community, but most of the time when I order I find that every girl forgets half of my drink and I end up sending it back because my extra shot or extra pump of syrup was left out. This issue has been consistent with every barista. Not only that, I find that the way they make their espresso drinks is odd… I’ve noticed that it’s always ICE first in the cup before anything, rather than milk or water, ect. They also do not use shot glasses for pulling shots, they use and 8oz measuring cup and let the shots run into the cup for god knows how long. Being a barista for a number of years, I know that it’s most important to KNOW what your shots look like. The appearance of your shots and timing determine the taste in your drink overall. I don’t know what’s up with the training or drink standards at this stand, but I’ve noticed the manager/owner is a 50 – 60 something year old man, and I’m assuming it’s all his personal preference. And he’s got it ass backwards lol. This is most frustrating to me because this is the only coffee stand close to my house, without having to drive at least 2 – 3 miles away. The prices are pretty ridiculous too… I’ve paid at least 5 dollars for an 16oz Americano with 2 pumps of flavor.

I love coming here for my coffee and my red bull Italian soda. The workers there are so sweet, they’re quick and they always get my order right. Price is good. Super convenient since I live right down the street. This is my go to coffee stand, recommend to everyone!

Very quick and friendly service on my first visit. I get the same drink at lots of different stands and this was cheapest price I’ve ever paid! The barista actually listened to my instructions(I’m pretty picky) and my drink for once wasn’t too sweet. The espresso taste isn’t the best I’ve ever had but not bad. I will def. be back when I’m in the area.

Urban City is far from the quality of the previous supplier of Seattle’s Best. Saving money to jeopardize quality

I drive several miles out of my way, and pass no less than 3 other coffee stands, to buy my coffee here. The opening girls are by far the best baristas! Always greeted with a smile. Friendly chit chat. And by far, the best coffee around. Half of the time, my drink is ready by the time I get to the window. It’s a great feeling being recognized and remembered. Beautiful ladies. The owner of the stand is lucky to have such amazing employees! Cheers!

I absolutely love at his stand. My father and I have been regulars here for 14 years! All the baristas are very friendly, and show a lot of community spirit(supporting the Seahawks). I always get their peach jet tea or toffee crunch granitas. Better than Starbucks!

Hands down the best americano in town! I can’t even stomach other stands now that I’ve been spoiled with this amazing coffee. Yes, they are a bit pricey but still cheaper than Starbucks and well worth the treat.

They charged me an arm and a leg for a soy latte with sugar A whopping 5.60 for 20oz! They’re crazy

I avoid Starbuck’s at all cost, and this is how I came to know Buffalo Espresso. Unfortunately, on a recent visit there I decided I will no longer go there due to the horrible service, and the horrible grumpies that work there along with their inability to get an order correct. We waited in line so long(walk-up window: do not ever use this!) that I even ended up changing my mixed drink to a(yawn) drip. It tasted like it was from the day before. But alas. The latest reason I will never go there? The lovely ladies that were working on July 19th(mid-morning around 10 maybe?) decided to take it upon themselves to charge a tip to my card! This just discovered as I was reconciling my bank statement today. Shame on you, girls that were working that morning. Everyone that knows me knows I tip and I tip well. You were intentionally NOT tipped. I wish I could give zero stars — the one star shall be in honor of their granitas, which are good. Too bad I’ll never buy another one again.

Was very disappointed when I went to this stand, I recently moved here and wanted to find a nice coffee stand. The blond girl(can’t remember her name) could not make my drink correctly and I had to send, it back twice I think she was trying to multi task and couldn’t do it, she also filled the cup with ice and poured the club soda over it which as every barista knows that waters it down and also I don’t wanna pay for ice, then I seen the other people on the other side also sent they’re drink back which was a hit coffee drink. she was rude when we sent it back and I feel like they must not hire experienced baristas which they should and she doesn’t seem happy to work they’re. Might try going they’re again if somebody else is working
