Thanks to Harold for his willingness to help me out with extra filtration systems for my wife who suffers from asthma. Since we had our new heating and a/​c installed it’s made an amazing difference in our air quality. All the guys were so professional and personable. They ran into a little hitch but were quick to come back and remedy the problem. Lyle, Cory, Matt, Kevin and one other tech that I forgot his name were great and knowledgeable.

I woke up to a cold 55 degree house on a Saturday morning in January. John with CM to the rescue! He was so helpful. He allowed me to send him pictures of our furnace to help determine which parts we needed. Their customer service is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. Thank you John, we’ll be back!

A few monthsback (August) i called this company because i wanted to get my ducts clean since ive owned my home for 3 yrs and have no idea when it was serviced last. i was amazed with the service and availability while talking to the guy on the phone, however the Saturday that they came out to do my service they looked at my furnance said their machine was to big and couldnt do it and they left. didn’t even suggest an alternative options or another suggestion of company if they don’t have proper stuff i was a little disappointed C & M, the thing is a neighbor of mine used them before and actually recommended them so i just didn’t understand how they were able to do her home but not mine.

I have a hundred year plus house and had crappy baseboards eating up my paycheck every winter. I had 5 different companies come out and give me quotes for a ductless heat pump. I went with CM Heating because they were the most knowledgeable, local to me, best price, and gave me top notch service! Rusty took the time to explain the technology and make sure that I was making a well informed choice. My electric bill had gone down and my comfort level had risen!
I’m now about to replace my hot water heater and it’s Rusty to the rescue again!
Finding quality contractors who you can trust is no chore with CM Heating. I’ll recommend them any day!

This is an update to another review I posted about a week ago for this company. I was a bit frustrated after our first visit and mentioned some concerns. To their credit, they were very proactive in reaching out to me and doing what they could to make sure I was satisfied. And I am now. I have a house in Everett with a pretty old furnace that needed some maintenance done and to make a long story short — it’s handled and CM Heating took good care of me. These guys are a smaller company based in Everett and I prefer to do business with local guys and they do fit the bill for that. My schedule is rather hectic these days and they actually were very accomodating in working with me regarding that too. Anyhow, they’re a fair company that seems very reasonable so they get and deserve a solid good review out of me. Thanks John for caring about the things so many other companies seem to care less about — your work and your reputation. Good job CM.

I choose CM for wood fireplace work from the good Unilocal reviews. We bought a house in Shoreline, and we’re moving from out of state. I was in town for 2 days and had contractors lined up each day. When CM appeared, the gentleman was nice, but told me he was the «gas guy», and could not quote the work for the two wood burning fireplaces. He called the office and they told him that they could not get someone to me before I left town. Moving on… I mentioned I would be installing a multi ductless system in the house. The guy at the house said he could do that. He called John, I believe, and set up our appointment for 8am the next morning. I’m not staying at the house yet, so I got there early and opened it up. End of story… the person for the inspection never showed up or called. Looks like I will be using another company.
Update: Ductless person showed up 3 hours past when I was told he would be there, but just 5 minutes after I posted the review. He was great and really worked to give me a good quote.
The office also called to see how the could make up for the past issue. Since CM attempted to rectify the situation, I have updated them to 4 stars.

Another great service call from CM! Despite the difficult install of our hot water tank, Bill was always pleasant and calm. We will be calling CM for our new home!

I was contacted in May 2015 by John with C & M heating regarding my review. They were very outgoing and eager to resolve the issues that were unsatisfactory. C & M refunded the money for service call. and the issue is resolved.

After a frustrating weekend of trying to find a company that could help us with our ancient furnace and blown-​out water heater, it was CM to the rescue! Quote offered was price paid, and although it was a longer job than expected due to some shady work by previous owners, the guys did an awesome job. Our house is a distance south of where these guys are located, but they are now on our permanent home-​repair list. Thank you!

CM Heating is an excellent company with customer satisfaction as a number one priority. The company backs up their product with 100% integrity. To me the sign of a world class company is not when a product has no problems but when a product has problems and the company stands by their product. C M Heating stands by their products with professional service, timely response and a great attitude. Although we had problems with our Rhemn heat pump, CM responded to the problems per the warranty and just recently installed a new model Rhemn heat pump a year later to make it right. .Bravo to the team at CM Heating.

I ended up choosing another heating company closer to my home, but I want to give CM some points for being very responsive to my need for a new furnace. Their communication was very good, and they gave me a much better than average assessment of what I needed for a good heating system. Their service manager, John was very helpful

Previously, I gave CM Heating a terrible review for the work they did on my furnace and ducting. Because of that review, John at CM contacted me to apologize and offer reparations, even though lots of time had passed since the event. He gave me the choice of a partial refund or future maintenance, and both options were reasonable and fair. Also, in our email communication, John was prompt, clear, and polite.
I get the impression that CM is fixing any internal problems it might have. By responding to my review, they’ve shown that they truly want to improve themselves and satisfy their public.
If my furnace goes out, I will be happy to talk to John at CM about providing a new one. Unilocal works!

Amended an old review. I was contacted by a manager or VP and CM and he was very apologetic and explained that the company had gone under several changes since my service was performed.
He was polite and offered to perform a free service or refund the original fee I paid. I chose the refund and it arrived in 3 days.
I’m a fan of companies that own up to their mistakes and make it right in the end.
I would call CM in the future for service.
