Not so sure … they manage our condo. When we first went with them they were great. After a few years however, and a change in managers, we’re finding slow responses, unprofessional responses, and minimal followup. Think we need to think about working with another company.

Absolute garbage! PGM is in charge of «helping» with my building. Tom Gish has NEVER answered his phone on my first call. Tom Gish has NEVER returned my calls within 24 hours. I ALWAYS have to call back the next day and leave ANOTHER message before he does anything. This includes when water was coming out of my ceiling and much coming out of my bathtubs. How this man has a job is beyond me. Why my HOA uses this company is beyond me. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Absolutey a gem of a company!!! We had the PM from hell for 10 years. Port Gardner was recommended (2 unsolicited and 3 of the references they gave us). We changed over on December 1^st and it has been blissful since.
The first thing we asked was to send out a complaint letter… badda bing … done… The we asked tons of questions regarding our finances and he has written back within 24 hours.
Our annual meeting was the best one we have had since I have been here. Many of the owners commented on how well the PM directed the meeting, and when one of our owners verred off topic the PM tactfully got him back on track.
Not every PM/Association works well for each other. You just need to find the right fit for your association.
