My wife and I were both really impressed with John. We had a very unique situation with our timeline and what we needed to find in a short amount of time. John was patient but very helpful and insightful. Once we found a place that worked for our needs, the process took a bad turn because of some issues with our HOA. If my condo complex was on Unilocal,I’d write a 1 star review only because I can’t do 0 stars, but that’s another story. John completely bent over backwards to work with our lender and HOA to get our place closed as soon as possible. He was very caring and compassionate toward us in the situation. He started as our realtor and by the time it was over, he felt more like a friend.
