I would give this particular store 10 stars if I could. The store manager and staff are beyond friendly and knowledgeable. I work in Snohomish and drive all the way to this store to do my shopping. Love, love, love this store. Thank you ladies for making my shopping experience always so wonderful .

I absolutely despise CosmoProf because our sales rep was horrible and the ladies at the other locations seem to be stuck up and not very helpful. But all the ladies at this location are GREAT! If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t purchase anything from CosmoProf. I don’t care how much I love Joico hair color, i would find something just as great with another distributor! :) Our new sales rep is pretty awesome (Brad)!!

I am a salon owner and have been coming here for a few years now. The staff is always so friendly and know me by name and are always so lovely every time I come in. They now have one of my favorite product lines and called me personally to let me know they started carrying it. The store is always clean and well-​stocked and I always leave with a little extra than I planned on buying because they have so much great stuff. I’m a customer for life!

This place is wonderful. They have a good selection and you can usually find things on sale. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and will talk with you frequently, unlike a lot of retail stores. They get to know you and will point out things that you might like as well. Most locations are equally good, some are bigger than others.

I love the ladies that work here, they are all super helpful and willing to do what they can to always help me out and make sure I get what I need. I’ve gone to other beauty suppliers in the area recently and not even gotten a hello or acknowledged for at least 5 minutes while I’m standing at the counter waiting to be checked out!

Staff can be snippy if you walk in 15 minutes to closing, or if you are wearing your Evergreen Beauty College apron. Some staff has been exceptionally nice, so it just depends on who is working that day.
They are the only beauty supply I’ve found in the area to carry full-​size Young Nails products, and the prices are better than Sally’s on most other items. That alone will keep me coming back.
Well-​organized and clean, and always be sure to check out the specials and sales near the checkout! It gets me every time!

went in with my nail tech .they knew her by name new what she was looking for and were very knowledgable and friendly!!! If I was liscensed it would definitely be my choice!!! great friendly atmosphere!!!

Store is always well stocked and clean. Great selection of products. I usually know what I’m looking for, so I don’t need assistance but when I’ve asked for it I’ve always been pointed in the right direction. The staff, however, makes me feel uncomfortable because they can be really akward. It’s almost like they don’t know how to just be normal and nice. Every time I check out I’m the one always saying hello, how’s the day, thank you so much… It’s weird. A HUGE part of being in the beauty industry is being able to talk to people with ease– they should maybe try and work on that.

if it wasn’t completely necessary to go here, i wouldn’t. the girls are snottier than any hairstylist I’ve ever met, they have no knowledge and are rude. yesterday they were making fun of a customer for asking what the «in» color for nail polish is this season, saying how dumb she was, um as i see it you’re in the fashion industry and you should know what the «IN» color is, it’s your job. every time you get a display in from OPI those are the seasons colors.
