Eh. I would never come back here again. Maybe I am just used to more professional service with my old optometrist. They weren’t thorough in explaining anything period, or my new diagnosis, the doctor was nice enough, but seemed to be in a hurry to leave, and the other lady that helped me didn’t care much that I am a new patient. She was very short with me and didn’t look at me once while I was trying to ask her questions about my new prescriptions. She kept attending to paperwork. So after my regular exam I didn’t even bother to get an appointment for a contact lens fitting. I would never be a regular patient there. I don’t mind that the store itself is old, but the service and care I receive is what is important and I didn’t feel that coming here at all. The glasses on display were also overpriced.

Everytime I went in I felt as if I was bothering the staff. The lady at the desk smokes right out front of the door. They didn’t explain my benifits AT ALL! As someone who got glasses for the first time I have no clue what to expect. I will never go back!
