Staff are ok, kind of hit or miss. Lines are long and the dressing room is a mess.

Nice place to buy a party dress. I’m short and most dresses don’t fit me properly. I found one here that fit perfectly. There is a better selection of normal looking dresses and the prices are lower than stores like Marshalls or Kohls. I went in shortly before closing and nobody pressured me to hurry up. The staff did not annoy me at all — they were helpful when I needed help, otherwise they left me alone.

I am happy to say that the rude saleswomen mentioned in the previous posts are either gone or have been retrained. I was here on a quiet Tuesday evening, and the two saleswomen in the store helped me when I needed help, left me alone when I wanted to be left alone, and were generally pleasant and friendly. This store is also great for short-waisted women like myself. I found a number of things that were cut in a way that flattered my body type. My only real complaint is that almost nothing here is made with natural fibers… but at least the prices are relatively low.

The sales people practicallly jump you at the door and follow you around asking if they can help you find something. I kept saying no thank you, just browsing. But they don’t stop — they are so desparate to take your money the practically pressure you into buying something you don’t want. They try and push you to open a store charge card offering to take 10% off your purchase. 10%?? no, thanks, I’ll just pay cash and not pay you 24% interest thankyouverymuch. But they don’t give up. Shopping in this store is a joke — the sales people employ high pressure tactics to try and get you to buy something, open a store charge card. Salespeople are rude, pushy and nasty. It’s not worth the aggravation.

Rude staff! I work in a business casual office, but sometimes I’m required to dress a little nicer. I stopped in here, wearing jeans and a sweatshirt, looking for some pieces to add to my wardrobe. The sales woman took one look at me, rolled her eyes, and went to wait on the next person. Excuse me? Did my current outfit offend you? I won’t ever be back!
