This is specifically to the last 3HORRIBLE service related issues I’ve had. Most recently– rude girl that made my drinks this morning. I ordered a 32oz red bull Italian soda and 24oz hazelnut latè. I had a free drink on my card which she used and my freakin bill was still over $ 8!!! The total before my free drink was over $ 14!!! I tasted my drink which was horribly made and was so sidetracked by that, I didn’t even realize how much she charged me until I left. Of course I tried to call them as I couldn’t go back and no one answered. The other Big Foot up the road screwed up a drink I had ordered a few weeks before, same thing, tried to call, no answer. Then I was told their phones have been broken forever. Nice. The drink I ordered was a strawberry and ice cream blend, but it was sour! The next time I went through the drive through I had mentioned what happened and was told«oh we ran out of ice cream blend that day and had to sub something else». Uh hello… Probably should have mentioned that BEFORE you made my drink for my 6 year old who ended up throwing it away because it tasted like Greek yogurt. THEN the next time I drove through I ordered one of their new drinks that they were advertising and it was sooooooooooooooooooooo overly sweet I instantly got a headache and felt sick. I actually drove back and told the girl I hated the drink and she gave my the nastiest look, I asked her to make an Irish cream latè instead and she freakin made me a 16oz when I had previously ordered a 20oz, WTH… I am so over this place I paid like $ 6 for that drink and the one I asked her to replace it with would have costed less and then she puts it in a smaller cup. This kind of thing used to NEVER happen. I have been drinking BFJ religiously since 2009 and not once have I ever ever ever complained about a drink but this is freakin ridiculous. Get it together. You guys used to make the best coffee but now your making it really easy for me to go elsewhere.

I always get their frozen«blended» mochas. They make theirs with a liquid ice-cream base which is amazing. The barista’s are for the most part very pleasant. Only negative is service can be really slow and the line can take forever, but still worth it to have that delicious frozen mocha!

The coffee delicious the prices are good but the service is really slow you need to anticipate at least 20 to 30 minutes delayed for your coffee they really need to work on that

I have tried this location twice. These have been my only experiences with this chain and I don’t think I would try again. I added a star because both times the baristas were very friendly. But the coffee is so weak. The second time I even added an extra shot of espresso thinking that would help. It did not. And one time my hubby tried the place and ordered an iced coffee. Without asking they added milk(he drinks it without milk or sugar). He said it tasted like a cup of iced milk.

2 stars for the great personality but the coffee sucked. I asked for dark roast but got barely brown lightly ever so slightly coffee flavored water and was barely warm.

I’m not sure which this page is for but this review is for the one by the frozen yogurt shop and applebees. I was a barista for 8 years, managed a coffee shop. I have done it all in the coffee business. The other day I was needing an extra pick me up on my way to work so I pulled up behind a car that was at the window. Waited for a about 1 ½ mins ans realized the girl in the car already had her coffee. They were straight up just chatting and didn’t even notice me or didn’t care, that I was there. When they did care or notice about 4 mins after that(I must have really wanted that coffee) the car pulled around to the other side. So my guess was that was a friend or coworker. If those where my girls… Wow would they be in trouble. I gave them one strike then they were out. Girls that this do not create regulars. They create bad reviews. Anyways, when I got up the the window I was nice regardless because 8 years in coffee I know how to put my nice girl face on. The girl looked pre occupied and annoyed and hardly aknowedged me. Wow. I think I only tipped 50 cents and she’s lucky she got that. Word to the owner… Do employee evaluations.

Coffee is always great. Love the peanuty roast but damn the customer service this time i came was horrible. The worker«Megan B» was there when i pulled up and asked what i wanted. I told her, what i wanted, but she DIDNT even acknowledge my gf who was in the passenger seat about to order. So were like wtf. She doesnt say a word while making my drink. Looks pissed off to be at her job. And finally finishes my drink gives me the total, and i go well we need to order another drink and she was like«oh ok what?» in a disgusted voice. Finally got all our drinks made. She didnt speak to either of us the whole time. Horrible service. Coffee was good, but damn. Get your act together.

The barista had this crazy blue handle bar moustache she glued to her face. That right there was tip worthy! Unfortunately my coffee was messed up and once again the wrong espresso was pulled for my drink. If I’m ever up on the north end I’d probably go back. This has become a game for me, seeing how many times my drink can get messed up.

I’m not sure what’s up with the bad reviews but I’ve been to many Big Foot Java joints in the greater Seattle area and they have not disappointed me once! I highly recommend the Mythical Mocha(has white chocolate and toffee), there’s nothing in this world like it and it’s so addicting! You get the nicely roasted coffee bean flavor without it being too overly sweet. You can order it hot, iced, or even blended and it’s the bomb. I haven’t used that term to describe anything since middle school but yes it’s that good. Just order the mythical mocha and nothing else. Done.

I HATE giving bad reviews, but here I’m forced to. The only positive thing I have to say is the location is very easy to find. Other than that, this place left me with a sour taste in my mouth, literally. I walked up to the stand. I got no «hello» «I’ll be right with you»…nothing. Two girls simply talking about their overly dramatic lives. Yes, I understand life can be difficult at times but please leave your personal issues at home. If you bring them to work with you, at least have the decency to put them aside when a customer is waiting. After I got her attention, I ordered the mango smoothie they have. It tasted nothing of mangoes. It tasted like really cheap, overly sweet candy. Almost made me gag. I tried being nice and asked if I could have it redone, I even offered to pay for another one. She bluntly said no. WOW. So I asked for my money back. I wasn’t going to let them have their way. After moments of trying to talk some sense into them, they gave me my money back and a small espresso drink. No matter how many drinks they give me at no cost, I will not go back to this place. And I wouldn’t recommend you go either, unless you enjoy having girls like these waiting on you.

This is some of the worst coffee I have ever had. The girl had no idea what she was doing and it was obvious she had never had any real training. The espresso shots were over extracted, the milk was burned and there was far too much syrup in both of our drinks. Not to mention, there was a line and there were 2 employees. One was cleaning and not helping at all. I have been in the business, so I know that cleaning is important, but not as important as the customer and the quality of the product. On top of that, the drinks were way over priced. $ 10 for 2 drinks is ridiculous. With so many coffee stands to choose from, I predict that without some serious new training for employees, this one will be gone by the end of the year.
