Applebee’s

Well, the place was not what I had hoped. Our server, Steve was really gracious, pleasant tried so hard to make this dining experience a good one. It seems the kitchen staff and some of his co workers had other plans. I thought it odd that some employees were seated and eating in the same area we were sat. I had ordered fish and chips, my wife a burger and our guest ordered penne pasta with chicken. Well, the fish in my fish and chips were still frozen together. I asked to have that corrected and Steve went to correct this right away. The Pasta and chicken had been ordered as penne pasta and arrived as elbow macaroni. My second try at fish and chips arrived as the rest of the table was finishing their meal. The fish was over cooked and dry, no flavor at all. I asked a passing waitress if there was malt vinegar, I had two single serve packs tossed my way, REALLY! If the place was packed and the super bowl was going on I could almost understand why things went so bad. Steve was (metaphorically) thrown under the bus by the kitchen staff and some of his co workers, and we paid the price. I do not recommend anyone go here, I am sure there is much better fare to be had elsewhere.

Food is only ok. Been here a few times and all the times I have been here they take forever or never when I ask for sauce. The servers always are in a rush to drop off your food and leave before they ask you if you want anything else. I really don’t like this Applebee’s and it will take me awhile to want to come back here… just asked what seems to be the manager sauce and he forgets too wow

Waitress was nice but the music is too loud had an elder guy ask to turn down the music so he could hear his wife and they refused to… The table was super wobbly .and my steak was not done the way we wanted it… There was also a hair in my cheesecake… I give one star only because of the service. Other than that its expensive and not worth it In my opinion

Food was decent. I ordered a 2 for ²⁰⁄₂₅ steak and my aunt had the fiesta lime chicken. The service was fast and friendly. The only down part was I had to wait a long time for a refill on my drink. Yet the waiters always looked busy so I understood why it would take a while.

Our server was nice, 3 of 4 dinners were served, the 4^th was fried shrimp that came a lot after the other 3 in our party, it was burnt and sent back, the manager said she was going to take care of it but it never happened. What a waste of $$$

It’s Veterans Day 2015, stopped into our local Applebee’s for dinner and was seated in Bill’s section. Had a delicious meal of a 7oz steak with shrimp and parm topper with fries and veggies, hubby had the double crunch shrimp and fries. Everything was excellent. Bill our server was amazing and super helpful and quick. Much appreciated Applebee’s for a wonderful dinner and we appreciate you honoring our Veterans.

I have to say that this Applebee’s has THE WORST service… ever.
We went recently, and I was reminded why it had been 8 years since I had been to this location. I’m sure I’ll have a brief memory lapse in another 8 years, but, as of now, I have ZERO intention of going back.

The mediocre service of the average Applebee’s doesn’t apply to the service you get at this one. My wife and I started coming to this one over a year ago and come at least once a week since. The service we receive from Adrian and Tanya is beyond exceptional. We love coming here to release some stress and be greeted with a friendly welcome. They alway make our night so much better. Aside from our favorite drinks and appetizers being served, their service is beyond compare. We love coming here and will continue to come here as long as the service continues and the food and drinks are delicious!

Slow service. Food was alright, I’ve had better. What really irritated me was my husband was out of his drink for a good 30 – 45 minute period, after asking the host at the front (and he told us he would bring us a water) and pushing the button to call our server on the tablets they have on the table, we still got no service or water! My husbands mouth was on fire because he had gotten a somewhat spicy burger, and had nothing to cool it down with. Such horrible customer service and slow service. We won’t be returning to this location.

Walked in, greeted almost instantly and sat down at our table within a few seconds. Now here’s the thing, when I go to applebees I can never decide what I want because they have a little of everything. So I got the 3 appetizer deal. When it arrives it’s smaller portions then if you were to regularly order everything separately. Which is a joke, I’m spending $ 13 why cut my portions? The boneless wings weren’t the best, they were a little hard inside. Waitress was nice.

Today is my 21^st birthday, I ordered a drink and the manager said that they don’t accept paper ids cause the photo isn’t clear enough, do I have them my other id, but he wouldn’t accept it because there is a hole in it. It clearly states my name, birthday, and a clear picture. Food was alright, probably won’t be coming back to this Applebees again because of the management.

Only came here because no where else was opened at 11pm on a sunday that was close to my house. Never coming back because service was horrible and we’ve had frozen dinners that tasted better than than the foods that we ordered.

This place is crappy. My friend and I came in here, got seated and our waiter comes up to us, gave us a dirty look, took our drink order and then we got a new server? Okay, that was weird. He was very clear, for whatever reason, he didn’t want to serve us. Fine, that’s cool, our new waitress was really friendly and we tipped her 25% so the joke is on him for missing out. Anyways, the food is garbage. I don’t understand why people are eating here. The restaurant itself is very clean and it’s a pretty place but the food is just crap.

I like the convenience of this Applebee’s, but it’s service is always spotty. I think I will be taking a break for awhile, at least from the bar, because the last time I was there a few weeks ago, we entered the bar, sat down at a free table, and proceeded to wait. Then wait, and wait some more, as waiters, and even the manager passed us, stared straight at us, and were bsing with each other. We didn’t even get water or menus. We were there about 20 minutes, before we decided to leave. My friend was so mad he called on our way to another restaurant, and spoke to the manager. He said he had seen us, and we were about to get served, and if we came back he would give us a free appetizer… we did not go back. Most times I have eaten outside of the bar, I have not had a problem though, except for an overcharged bill once.

Called in my car side to go order at 230. (It was over a half order of a salad) Was told it would be 15 – 20 minutes. Parked by 240. Never was I greeted, or told it would be a minute. My boyfriend was able to finish his food from a neighboring restaurant and step outside to smoke before anyone came out. My order finally arrived at 256.
It’s not that I minded it taking a minute, but I think when you are shorthanded as the waitress or bartender stated, you should come greet the car. At least let us know you are short and it will take a few more minutes than expected.
It’s not like we can see you are short staffed from our vehicles. It isn’t that difficult to come check on your outside customers so they aren’t left waiting wondering what’s taking forever.
Manager should be looking into situations like this to just inform customers. I work graveyard, traveled from lake Stevens while running errands in everett, would have just liked to be greeted or told when I ordered it would be a slightly longer wait.

We ordered carside to go. We have tried it a few times. Some of the food is pretty good but, the fries, onion rings, sweet potato fries, BBQ fries are the worst I’ve ever tasted. You can substitute salad but its 4.00 more. Way too expensive for what you get. We won’t be back.

I let my kiddo pick our place to eat last night. Worst service I have ever encountered. I ordered a beer which took a good while to come to the table, so long the head was completely gone. Then I ordered soup & salad, a different server dropped our food and he never came to check in us until we were practically done & asked oh you didn’t like your soup? I replied it was very cold so no I didn’t like it, he then went on to blame the kitchen… ummm what about your lack of attention to your table?! Not to mention the fries were old & cold. Our food probably sat in the window for who knows how long. Very un-​impressed!

Stopped in for lunch between soccer games. service was painfully slow. Sat at our table for 10 minutes before being acknowledged by our server Keith. We placed complete order at once, and it took another 10 minutes before he brought drinks (5 waters and 3 sodas).
40 minutes for food to show up! Will never dine at this location again!

Can be slow at dinner time. This is our go to Applebee’s for date night. Really depends on the time you go whether service will be fast or slow.
