Buffalo Wild Wings

Food and service were subpar. Not a whole lot of people there but the server was extremely slow with everything. Our appetizer and son’s dinner came out after our meals. We ended up sending the appetizer back because it was pure salt and not edible. Half the wings had no breading at all and the texture was weird. We won’t be going back to this location.

Friends/​colleagues and I are B-​dub connoisseurs, and have hit BWW sites across the country. When the Smokey Point location opened, I was incredibly excited… but have been consistently disappointed.
With this new location opening up in Everett, near the office, we had high hopes. They did not disappoint. While the location feels smaller than other BWW sites, they use the area well. Service each time we have gone has been great. Food consistently up to par with the great grub you can expect from this chain.
We’ll be back, often.

All the staff are very friendly however my food always takes more than 30 minutes to arrive

I have always been a fan of chicken strips until i went to buffalo wild wings. They where soggy and cold. I tried to order some exra ranch and another beverage but our server was no where to be seen. Our food took for ever to reach our table and to rap it all up our server took so long to give us our check that we had to get up and gind the manager to get him to give us a check. WORST SERVICE EVER!

Do not go here if you are thirsty. Not that busy and took almost 25 minutes for a beer. Our waitress seemed scared to come back to our table took her another 15 minutes to build up the courage. We didn’t even say anything just a raised eyebrow and a glance out of the corner of my eye. Will only be back to watch a game and drinks. Food not worth it.

This restaurant is apparently run for the benefit of drunken Carolina Panthers fans.

Never coming back, they were out of the drink and the dish I wanted. Then the service was awful. We waited almost 10 minutes to get refills for or drinks. Not good when you are eating hot wings. The waitress acted like she was put out just to be there she got our order, brought us one refill then the check never even asked if the food was good. My chicken was dried out and barely had sauce on it. We also didn’t get silverware our napkins till we asked for them. Big thumbs down.

Where to begin…
We visited as a party of 8 on a very busy UFC night. All went well until the food came out (well, half of it). First, half of the dinners showed up about 15 minutes before the remainder of the food arrived. Buffalo chicken wrap had no buffalo sauce (???). Ordered a side of sauce from 3 different people and it still took 20 minutes and we were left with a cold wrap. A server who brought the late food actually told us we had to order a side of sauce from our waitress and asked us if we knew where she was… wow! Another order was just the wrong item, another order was also served wrong. Basically, the whole thing was a mess. Operations not sharp tonight. We recieved a small discount on our bill; but really, this one should have been wiped out. Customers before processes!

We came here for our friends birthday. And as always we got horrible service. I understand that the wings are good here but I highly recommend you go elsewhere. it’s not worth the 20 minute to 30 minute wait for beverages and 50 minutes wait for food. The only reason they’re getting two stars is because they did take some of the food off the bill. But like many of you I would rather just pay full price and receive adequate service

A relatively newer establishment in the Everett mall complex. This part of the Buffalo Wild Wings chain sits just outside the foot court with quick access/​walking distance from the parking lot.
The venue is very nicely lit with a bright and inviting entrance. Albeit it’s a bit on the noisy side you can still have conversion in the restaurant. The wings are pretty tasty, which is to be expected (duh). However I caution on the side of pricing is a bit on the steep side, so expect a bit of a bill at the end.
Plenty of beer choices for those who enjoy the hops.

Last Night service was awful they put us in a small table and there was huge table of kids so I couldn’t get in we didn’t get silverware when we got seated and no condiments waiter didn’t approach us we order some appetizers the sampler they said they’re out of the onion rings so we have to go with the extra wings

Came back under management request, and observed as a secret before the staff knew who I was or why I was there. This manager, Calvin, actually gave a Damn. I admit, there was an improvement. Madison, captain of the night, was amazing and impressive. Caught me looking around and was at my side asking if she could help in an instant. She repeatedly checked up on me, despite my not being her table. This was completely unlike before — she wasn’t working that night. She is exceptional! My server Sierra was leaps and bounds more attentive than prior experience. The wings were fantastic, very tasty and quick to the table. This experience was Apple’s to oranges from the last. Neither Sierra nor Madison worked that night of horror. That tells me KEEP THEM!!! Far better experience. Far far far better.

My wife likes this place. Me not so much.
Plenty of mall parking can be found. There is about 4 designated parking spots for pick-​up orders. Discover is an accepted form of payment.
This place abounds with large flat screen TVs. There really isn’t a bad spot to sit and view the tube here. There is an outdoor covered seating area as well that showcases a couple TVs.
Service is spotty and can be slow more often than not.
My wife and I ordered couple pints (16oz) Gamechanger IPA by Red Hook and Men’s Room for $ 6.50 each. Totally overpriced.
We shared an appetizer of Mini Corn dogs (qty 10) for $ 6.99. Our appetizer was served after our wings and after we had to remind the waitress about them. Nevertheless, they were served sizzling and crispy. We both enjoyed them.
We split a small order (qty 12) for boneless wings for $ 12.69. My wife chose the Buffalo dry rub for her portion and I chose the Mango Habanero for my portion. With our wing order we received a chintzy side of celery and carrots.
I recycle and compost faithfully so it also bothers me to see all the waste that Buffalo Wild Wings is creating by using disposable serving ware.
I personally will never choose to dine here unless forced to.

Came in with a party of 11 tonight after our meet. We were seated very quickly compared to the red robin across the street that pretty much turned us away. The service was solid I had no complaints even though our server glanced by our part of the table much less than the other side, still gave a good tip but she seemed a little out of it. Except for our slightly ditzy server the service was great. The whole staff had a very inviting and laid back vibe about them. I ordered the black&blue burger since I’m not a huge fan of wings and sadly I was disappointed. I didn’t mind the long wait for our food since I know that a huge order should be brought out all at once and things take time to cook. However my burger was dry. Meat was dry and everything else just seemed sad on it. The only thing that I enjoyed on my burger was the blue cheese which without it my meal would have been a complete bust. Will I return? Eh I feel like I need to give them another chance since the service was great. Also I have no idea what the other reviewers are saying. The TVs are not too loud and service for all the tables I saw including ours went relatively smooth.

My coworkers and I just ordered from this place for lunch. We decided to make an online order. Of course the food comes back and it’s 100% wrong… one of my coworkers didn’t get anything close to what he ordered. And we can’t keep going back and forth to fix orders. It would be nice if BWW could read an order and actually fulfill it. Thanks for screwing up everybody’s lunch. Obviously, we won’t make the mistake of ordering from here again.

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings experience, first ambiance, they play the music so loud you have to speak as if you are in a club. The service was awful, my girlfriend and I sat at a table in a nearly empty restaurant for 15 mins without even submitting a drink order. When we grew tired of the wait we left, as we were walking out the three employees standing at the entrance chatting had the nerve to say «thank you» At which point I explained that I was very unsatisfied, I informed the employees that we had sat at a table unattended for 15 mins while we watched the server make multiple trips to the tables next to us. The employees were unmoved by my report, I walked out unsure if I will ever go to a Buffalo Wild Wings again.

Why the fuck is it so fucking loud in that place??? It’s Literally deafening… You can hear the sports announcers a cross the street… Dead fucking serious. I’ve been to Buffalo Wild Wings before and the food is awesome but no joke, this location was beyond the sound barrier. It was so loud we walked out. Turn that shit down.

The experience we had here as a group of 14+ was terrible. We waited over 1.5 hrs to get in and then when we ordered the service was horrible. The apps all came out at the same time as main course, some people didn’t even get their meal until the most of the table was done eating. The manager came over and didn’t even know what was going on. The server hid in the back and did not want to address the problems with the table. Food was wrong, drinks ordered were wrong and they were «out» of items used to make a Long Island iced tea. We had kids in our party and they didn’t get food until half of the table was already done with the food. I’m thoroughly disappointed at this place. We came here for a birthday celebration and all we left with was disappointment.

Light and bright! Great place for sporting events, they definitely do not lack TVs.
Place is brand new! Energy is great!
We had kaitlyn as our captian! She’s the best! She works nights so that when id recommend coming in!
