Nita is a wizard. She is skilled, friendly, and does a great job on my rather complicated neck and back.

I have been coming to Everett Therapeutic Center for over two years. I’ve felt so comfortable with Cheryl that my husband, daughter, and son have also seen her for treatment. She and her staff have created an environment that makes you feel at home. You can «come as you are» which at times (for me) has been in pain and emotional. She has a therapy dog which is a sweet gentle giant. Sarah, who handles the administration portion is always helpful, prompt to return emails and phone calls, extremely efficient with managing insurance paperwork, and greets you with a huge warm smile when you walk in the door. Cheryl is a fantastic therapist. She has had extensive training (which is why I chose her) and very competent. She adjusts to what’s going on with your body that particular day along with keeping long term goals in mind. She’s a wealth of health knowledge and genuinely cares for those she is treating. I highly recommend ETC!

Had a massage done in January. They sent it to primary insurance. Sent me a bill and never sent it to my secondary. I called them saying they needed to send it to my secondary insurance company before sending me a bill. My secondary insurance never received payment information from primary… So of course they denied it. Never did I once get a phone call with a new balance or anything in the mail or email. To find out they are sending me to pre-​collection? Get your crap together guys… Unacceptable.

I have had MANY a therapeutic massage and I know how I am supposed to feel when I leave. At my last massage, I hurt significantly worse after than when I walked in the door. It was not from things being loosened up but from problems being made worse. The therapists’s «oh, sorry» doesn’t cut it nor do the excuses from the staff in the lobby! Took several chiropractic visits to bring me back to normal. Chiropractor was shocked at the damage done. It showed a significant lack of training and attention to detail.

What an amazing safe comfy massage place to go! I was very uneasy about doing massage after a severe accident where I ended up with post concussive syndrome. Cheryl Miller, who is the owner, is an expert at Cranial Sacral work, which is what my doctor recommended. The therapy dog greets me at the door, and the office staff is always friendly and always reminds of my appointment.
