Oreilly Auto Parts

This morning I came out to check on my car after I had its oil changed a few days ago and found that the dipstick was completely dry and all of the oil had leaked out of my car through the oil filter. I went to the closest O’Reilly’s auto parts store and the manager helped me pick out the oil I needed and help troubleshoot possible reasons for why the oil came out. He made sure I had everything I needed including a tool to put the part on and told me to come back and return anything I didn’t need. After going back to the oil change place we found that an o-​ring had been pinched when they put the oil filter on and the o-​ring split allowing all of the oil to leak out. I returned to O’Reillys and brought back the unused filter, oil pan nut and tool that he had sold me. The manager returned almost half of our money even though we still used all 5 quarts of oil. People like the manager here are why I return to businesses and trust that most people want to help when they can. Thanks!
