Gene has many years in the HVAC industry so he knows construction, the kind of heating or plumbing system needed for your home and allergy sensitive individuals. After a disaster with another HVAC purchase and install causing mold, Gene and his expert crew cleaned ALL the duct work under the house, sealed gaps, replaced the cheap flu, venting & furnace, installed a much better air intake and UVC lamp inside the heater at far below other companies quotes. Initially the thermostat didn’t work properly and he came out the next day replacing it at no cost. The workmanship is top notch and his demeanor is of someone who really does care about you and your home. Since then I’ve had Heat King install a new water heater & annual cleaning of all the duct work, furnace and dryer vent.
