This is a solid choice for brunch in Everett. It’s pretty small, with a mosh mash of seating arrangements, so accommodating large groups could be difficult. I’ve had their gyro omelet twice. Instead of the normal folded over omelet we are most used to, these have everything mixed in and then cooked to form an egg«disc» of sorts. The gyro meat and tzatziki are pretty bland. I’m used to a lot of prominent spices and garlic, and these items could definitely use some. The service is good, what you would expect with such a small place. Not the most amazing food I’ve ever had, but still a good choice when you’re in Everett and don’t want to go to one of the chain breakfast places.

Best breakfast spot in Everett. Excellent scrambles, awesome biscuits & gravy. Get your hashbrowns extra crispy.

My favorite breakfast spot in the Everett area. The omelettes and hashbrowns are fantastic, in addition to the biscuits and gravy. The food quality can sometimes be a little bit lacking if you come at an odd time, but on the weekends it’s generally delicious. All of the servers are super friendly and extremely accommodating! I wouldn’t pick anywhere else in all of Everett for some good-quality diner breakfast food. :)

Food is way bellow average. Not sure why the average rating. The greek fries are just aweful and the gyros have no taste

Use to come here pretty often when we lived closer. The food was always great. I always ordered take out and the food was usually ready in 10 – 15 minutes. That’s when it was busy too. Nice people, delicious food and has the feel of a mom and pops shop. Try it out!

Food 5(hollandaise sauce was really good, bacon was thick, they grilled the biscuits and muffins as well on the Bennys which was a nice touch) Price: 4(9 – 12) Service: 3.5(friendly but slow, infrequent coffee refills) Atmosphere: 4(hole in the wall, homey style décor with shared table seating available if you wanted to mix it up with other people) Overall: best breakfast place we have been to since moving to Everett. We will definitely be back :-)

Excellent choice for a weekend breakfast. Classic dinner offerings with efficient service and great value. I crave their biscuits and jam, and the bottomless diner coffee.

First time there with my daughter and her two boys, and they wow’ed me! We had the blueberry pancake(loaded with berries!), the Franco’s omelet and the special Hawaiian Scramble. Freezer jam, home-made biscuits! Thick cut hash browns :) with fast and friendly service :)

Amazing place! Nice warm and friendly diner. I had the Greek omelette and it was amazing. Their home made jam was also very delicious. My wife was brave enough to try their home made hot sauce and said it was very hot and good. This place is going to become a regular for us!

Nope. Never again. I’ll spend my money elsewhere on better food and better service. Go to Colby Diner down the road a bit, they’re AMAZING!!!

3.9 for food, 4.5 for service. I had biscuits and gravy and it was amazing. I call a tie between the new Mexicans and Kate’s for the B & G. I tried my wife’s Greek fries. A little limp for my liking. The hash browns weren’t my style either. I like my potatoes some what crisp. These were soggiesh.

Hometown favorite, if your not from around here you might miss it all together but if your looking for a bomb diggety breakfast Kate’s is the place to be! I love that Kate herself is working and remembers your details! The food is fabulous something for everyone and service is great the place is always packed but they are so good about getting you in quickly. Love it!

Had an impromptu work breakfeast, and this place was amazing! Thats right, break-feast! the food was amazing and delicious, and the bacon was majestic! We called before arriving, and this place was incredibly accomadating with our large group. Service was prompt, and while I didn’t catch her name, our server was friendly and had a table all set up for us. Nothing matches, and i love it! The chairs were different and unique, the plates reflected the personal style of the whole place– individual and refreshing! Ordered the mediterranean scramble,(even has an option of a smaller portion) and it was such a delectable mix of olives, tomatoes, and feta! Had to see what all the bacon was about, so ordered a side of that as well. Its totally worth it!

Tried a different place in Everett for breakfast. Good food. The service was excellent and very friendly. The hashbrowns were great. The breakfast was standard fare of eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns. Price was great too…

We’ve had breakfast here a couple of times. The first time, the coffee was inexplicably weak, and the waitress admitted that they were using the grounds twice because they were low on coffee! This morning, though, the java was nice and strong. Wife and I split the Franco scramble, which includes cheddar, onions, and bacon chunks. It is delicious. I put green tabasco on mine, and a bit of ketchup on the crispy hash browns. It also comes with toast, which I’d ask for«dry,» unless you like it quite buttery. The apparently house-made jam waiting on the table really makes the butter unnecessary anyway. Kid had the French Toast, which comes with a side of real-deal bacon. She liked it enough the first time we came to order it again the second. Service here is not super-fast, but it is a friendly locals’ hangout. Prices are typical for a diner breakfast.

First referred here by my cousin when my boyfriend and I moved into a very close by apartment building about a month ago. We finally made it in for breakfast on a Sunday, and were lucky to get the last table. I had the Country Benny a.k.a. best version of Biscuits & Gravy I have ever had; Biscuits & Gravy being my favorite breakfast, I’ve eaten many versions. These were topped with not only country gravy & sausage(I subbed the sausage for bacon) but also with scrambled eggs on top and a side of hashbrowns. Eggs were perf* Well done, but not burnt.(I’m super picky about eggs too.) So today I stopped in on my walk home from work(2:35) and ordered the Western Dip — burger, swiss, French roll, & au jus, with a side of Greek Fries to go. My food was out to me in 10 minutes, and was still piping hot when I opened it at home 15 minutes later. The sandwich was awesome, the dip was steaming, & the fries had just the right amount of feta. Both times we’ve had very friendly service as if we’re regulars.(We are now!) No complaints, other than I wish they served dinner too, ’cause it would be delicious. =)

Our family has been coming here for as long as we can remember… almost as long as we’ve lived in Everett. The staff and owners treat us like family and Kate’s smile makes the place feel like home as her husband diligently cranks out the most delicious of breakfast fare. My son’s go-to is the«kitty cake» with a side of thick-cut bacon. I waver between the«breakfast sandwich»(pancakes with eggs and sausage or bacon and toast) and the gyros scramble(eggs, gyros meat, onion, feta, spinach) with hash browns and biscuit. The food is always lovingly prepared and they always remember that my son likes grape juice in a RED mug. The place is comfy, unpretentious, reasonably priced, and has generous portions. If you’re in Everett and hungry for good breakfast(or lunch) chow, this place is not to be missed!
