Mass Lock

Rushing to work in the morning, I left my purse on the kitchen table and the hubby forgot his keys inside too so we were locked out with the car already remote started and a morning meeting looming. We called to explain our predicament and someone was at our place in 10 minutes (full disclosure: we live pretty close by). But still. Paul was great– very friendly and professional, plus, he got our door open in less than 10 minutes!
20 minutes later, we were good to go and were only a little bit late to the meeting. Locksmiths are inherently expensive, but their prices were very reasonable and fair compared to other places we’ve used in the past. Importantly, they were punctual and super nice. We will be using them again if need be.

We got locked out of our convenience store this morning thanks to this apocalypse of a winter. Ran over to our neighbors at Mass Lock to ask for some help. They came out quick fixed the problem fast and I got a fair price. I would call these guys again.

Paul was there in about 20 minutes. He looked at both the front and back doors, and had us back inside in minutes.
He also took a minute to explain various types of locks and made suggestions about which type we should get.
Hopefully I won’t need to call these guys again, but I’ve got their number stored just in case.

After I lost my keys on a wild night out I called a competitor to come help me with my lockout. This scum bucket told me it was $ 200 per lock and then said he couldn’t pick them and would have to drill them out and replace them (for an additional fee or course). I promptly told this man to take a hike and called Masslock. What a breath of fresh air. I was quoted a more than fair price over the phone. They arrived within an hour, on a Saturday no less. The friendly tech promptly picked my lock and then made a key for it. Then, at no additional charge made me 2 extras. Wish I could give 6 stars… that pleased.

Had a new lock installed. Quick, friendly service, and fair price. Can’t ask for much more than that!

We had Masslock change our locks after we lost a set of keys. They arrived within an hour of our call on a Saturday evening, and the technician was friendly and professional. Not only did he quickly change out the locks and make us a set of spare keys, but he also noted that one of our deadbolts wasn’t installed properly and fixed it!

Imagine my disappointment when my wife and I returned home late on a cold, snow Saturday evening to find out that neither of us had remembered to bring the house keys. Fortunately, the folks at Masslock were on the job. Paul, the founder of the company, was on our doorstep in less than an hour, and we were back inside less than 20 minutes later. Paul learned his craft at Boston’s prestigious North Bennett Street School; he was extremely polite, professional, and knew how to add humor to a tense situation. Now that we’re back indoors, I’m planning to hire Masslock to come back and fix that sticky front door latch that’s been broken since we moved in!
