This 5-star rating is brought to you by Mikie’s insanely good Peanut Butter Chocolate milkshake. Real ice cream? Yup! Real peanut butter? Oh yeah(there was some residue leftover on the side after I chugged the rest of it)! What about the thick and creamy whipped cream? YAASSS! I now know where I will be buying all of my milkshakes from this Summer! Seriously, if you hadn’t had one of their shakes… What are you waiting for!!? My wife got the blackberry milkshake, which was equally delicious. :)

This place is ridiculous! Great burgers and onion rings, but the milkshakes… oh good lord are they amazing! Great décor and the ladies seem very happy to be there! Overall, great experience!

3 words: Peanut Butter Milkshake. 4 words: Banana Peanut Butter Milkshake. Basically… all of their milkshakes are right on the money. The food is good too. If I’m craving fast, greasy fare, I’d rather go here than a chain(McDonald’s, etc.) It’s not mind blowing. The food alone would be a 3 star rating. The milkshakes are worth 1,000 stars. I will be back… many more times and with more frequency than I really should. If I lived closer, I’d gain 10 pounds in about two days.

A great thin-patty bacon cheeseburger and truly amazing fries. And then I tried to order their hand-cut hand-breaded onion rings«to go,» but was unable to make it out of the parking lot before they were all devoured! Definitely coming back here and bringing the family — after all, I didn’t try the milkshakes this time, but I expect we won’t be disappointed, and maybe that’ll net them the fifth star :) Prices are quite reasonable as well…

I recently ordered a large vanilla milkshake from this burger joint and it is by far the absolute best milkshake I have ever had, the girls there are really cool and there are some gorgeous ones there as well! Thank you Mikey’s for after 35 years finally showing me what a bad ass milkshake looks and taste like !! You have made me a Milkshake customer for life

Food is pretty good, service isn’t. We call in our order and still have to sit and wait. Poor time management with their call in orders. I don’t think they even started our order until we walked in.

The hubby and I went to Mikie’s for the first time. We both ordered double bacon cheeseburger combos with milkshakes. My blackberry milkshake was excellent — as was the hubby’s peanut butter milkshake. However, when the burgers arrived — they were both missing bacon. So we had to take it back to the counter and it took a few minutes to get the burgers back with the bacon. But once we got them back — dang — these are good burgers. The patties are super thin so a double is the way to go. They have an amazing crust on the patties and the bun is well toasted — just the way I like it! These are not huge burgers — but totally satisfying. The hubby added grilled jalapenos to his burger. The fries are also delicious. And I got some very good tartar sauce for my fries. So I do have to knock off a star for the problem with our order(we also asked for some cups for water and never received them). Other than that — really good food and we will be back.

Hamburgers and fries are tasty, but the Oreo milk shake is really special! Thick and creamy with lots of Oreos – yum!

I definitely recommend this place. Bacon Cheese Burgers are excellent, shakes are also great and the onion rings are great as well. The only reason I didn’t give this place 5 stars is because their onion ring are over priced but the food is great.

Had lunch there today. The burger was decent. Nothing spectacular but I was raised on in n out and its hard for any fast food resteraunt to come close. The fries where better than most fast food places. The price however is a little pricey. Not horrible, but definitely expect to pay more than normal fast food.

My husband and I just recently moved here from the southwest and were craving a great burger place that wasn’t too fancy and would just make great burgers. This is that place! The burgers were fantastic and the shakes are a must have! My mom was visiting and got a hankering for fish and chips, which she loved here. The tarter sauce was amazing and the fish was cooked to perfect juiciness! This is a quaint little place that has the old diner feel. We absolutely loved it!

THISISGOOD! BAM! Great drive-in style burgers(duh, its a drive in!). Old fashioned, quality fixings on these burgers. I get mine + bacon. Ummmm bacon… Hand made onion rings are awesome. They make daily and have the BEST tartar sauce for dipping. BESTTHING! They have«Frosties». They are a blended float with ice cream and either orange or root-beer soda. Better than any shake/float you have had. My kids wont let me drive by without stopping for one! Best ‘secret’ burger joint in Everett area.

Oh goodness where to start. The food is uhh-mazing. Enough said. Walked in, greeted as we walked up to the counter. Placed my order. Ordered the double bacon cheese burger, fries and banana shake. We sat down and the food came a few minutes later. Burger was great(Didn’t even put it down haha) and so were the skinny fries. Banana shake was great too, had small chunks of banana inside of it. Definitely recommend to everyone.

While I don’t appreciate the Fifties music and pictures of cars that so many restaurants employ for décor, if the food encourages me I can see past it. And, fortunately, Mikie’s offers some fine fast food. Reviewers are accurate regarding the banana shake. Delish. Other flavors are probably great too. And don’t forget, they come with whipped cream. My burger, with the works, was tasty and satisfying. They served a thinnish patty, insuring that it was well-done. The condiments were more than just afterthoughts, including two tomato slices, plenty of onion, pickle, shredded lettuce, special sauce, and cheese. It could have used more pickles, but was still a classic gruppo of toppings. My daughter and I prefer Mikie’s fries to Ray’s. Wife prefers the extra greasiness of Ray’s. I think Mikie’s are just about perfect: some crispiness, but still potato. The fact that their tartar sauce is irresistible helps me eat them. Wife got the fish ‘n’ chips, which may have been the priciest item on the menu, at $ 9.99. She reported that the breading stayed on, and had the right amount of crisp. One problem was that after biting into the fish«really hot water» dripped out, hurting her luscious lips. This, I speculate, was the result of freezer condensation. We saw another customer struggling with this as well; his fish appeared to contain even more fluid. Still, she enjoyed the dish, and rated it in «the top third» of all the fish ‘n’ chips she’s had.

Ordered the fish & chips and the chicken sandwich via the drive-thru. Fish was quite possibly the best I’ve ever had, including my trips to England! Soft and light insides, perfectly cooked, no heavy oil taste on the inside. Fantastic batter and well cooked. Chips were good. I should have asked if they had malt vinegar packets to go b/c those did not come automatically with it. Not a fan of slaw so I didn’t try it. Dad said the chicken sandwich was *really* good, which is high praise. He had heard the burgers were good, but clearly the other items on the menu are as well. I’ll definitely go back!

Okay, so I took my kid’s advice and gave Mikie’s a try. I wasn’t overwhelmed with their burgers, but they were good. The location can be a little difficult to get into on a busy night. There isn’t a lot of room to sit in their dinning area. It smacks of an old school soda fountain shop which is fun. The price was very reasonable. I still would choose their competition up the road without naming names. So, if you want a good traditional burger at a great price they you won’t go wrong by stopping in.

Got a single cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard and pickles. Wasn’t really in the mood to eat, but my coworkers dragged me out. I was happy with my choice. It was pretty light, but still filling. There was a just a tad bit of too much mustard for my taste, but I don’t blame them since I never said anything about going light on the mustard. I tried some of my coworkers fries and they were perfect. Crispy on the outside and not drowning in oil and salt. I’ll come back in the near future!

Even if I didn’t compare them to my beloved Teddy’s Better Burgers, it’s just average. I’d say the décor is worth checking out, your typical old-style diner, with the nostalgic booths. Good value but not the best patties; thin, didn’t lack the wow flavour. will agree that the onion rings are worth ordering. Milkshakes? can’t even come close to 2nd place. Not handscooped but didn’t expect it anyways. Fish and chips: fish inside was good but surely not the outside batter. Felt that it was either re-deepfried or been in the freezer too long. I wouldn’t order this again, burger though, perhaps. Not overly huge location, about 6 booths.

It had been a while since I took a trip to Mikie’s but I am glad that I decided to come back. I just got a basic cheeseburger and a shake. The shake was amazing, the burger was average. I wanted to get some onion rings and from the sound of other reviews, I should have. Prices are normal for a small place like this one. Yes, it is all teens working but they gave excellent customer service. Not the typical«I hate my job, life is so hard.»
