My experience was excellent at New 2 You. They always have a great selection and the prices are very reasonable! They have sectionals, sofa /​loveseats and dining room tables and always great quality for being previously owned. The owner and delivery driver were a pleasure to work with and accommodated my schedule. I have purchased 2 sets so far and have referred all my family and friends to this furniture store who has either purchased or will be purchasing. A heads up to future customers this furniture store has moved from the Broadway location to 3420 Hayes st (2 minutes away).

My boyfriend and I drove an hour to check out a couch that we liked online from New 2 You Furniture but when we got to the store in Everett, the doors were locked and there was a sign in the window that stated the sales person had gone to a different location site and to call/​text them. So we called, no answer and we texted… still no answer. The sale person didn’t text back till 15 minutes later, by that time we were gone. The person was unaware that we had cash in hand, ready to buy. We ended up going to Macy’s, found the perfect sectional and purchased it! So everything turned out fine. My one suggestion to you is before you go to NEW 2 YOU make sure to call ahead cause the sale person might not even be there.

I had a great experience here. They have a great selection of modern couches, all reasonably priced and in good condition. They also had a iron bed frame, coffee tables, lamps, etc. Not sure everything was for sale (rugs, etc), but if you’re looking for a couch, check them out! They also partner with a delivery service for $ 50. Was well worth the money for me.
