We are definitely a fan of this place. I called and asked about delivering to Marysville and they said they would! The food arrived hot and delish. We got a variety: Mongolian beef, fried rice, chicken chow mein, general tso, shrimp rolls, and egg-foo-young. Everything was really good. My only complaint was that it was expensive. Otherwise, great place!

Great food, great service and very good prices. My husband and I have visited many Chinese restaurants in Everett. Most are good but the prices and service can vary. The service here is constant. It seems like all family members and they look out for the customer. Lunch menu is exceptionally reasonable. This has now become our favorite place and we eat there about 5 – 6 times a month.

I never order combinations so I can not say how they are in quality compared to the entrees. If I was recommending something from Noble Palace II, I would say order a Entrée before ordering a combination. I have not had any of the fish or prawn or general seafood entrees off the menu, or the egg foo young, but I have had everything else. Everything with the exception of the almond chicken and Szechuan dishes(Where are my Szechuan Peppercorns?) here has been pleasing to my tastebuds. I would like to recommend making an order for Pork fried Rice, it a simple dish and they have a wonderful egg to rice ratio, use a tasty soy sauce, and top it with green onion! A quick note on the Chow Mein, if you have not had it or had it and was confused by the noodles, it uses rice noodles, an odd choice in my opinion for chow mein but I think they pull it off, the chowmein here is very light, and by that I mean, it may not have much taste to some people. I would recommend you add soy sauce to taste and perhaps a bit of pepper, if not this dish has a flavor of good veggies and whatever meat you get but not much more(which I like!). One more dish I have tried more recently is «House Special Rice Noodle with Oyster Sauce», this noodle dish not unlike their chow mein, but it uses a very tasty sweeter sauce that lightly coats the noodles and meat/veggies. The last dish that I believe to be worth mention is my guilty pleasure, Sesame Beef/chicken, sticky honey like sauce(A bit like snot… but in the best way!) with a sesame oil flavor coating crispy beef or chicken pieces! :D just try it! Honorary mention goes to Hot and Sour soup, it is both hot* and sour… Last mention I promise ^^ Sizzling Rice Soup is what I highly enjoy when I am sick the broth is very light and the veggies and toasted rice flavor mixed in low salt(if any) chicken broth are what you should except in its flavor! *Heat may vary from person to person

WORSTFOOD I’VEEVERHAD!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. We had the combo platter, rice noodles, sweet and sour spare ribs, salt and pepper prawns, and egg foo young and all of it was horrible. 1. Combo Platter– The chicken and bbq pork had a very funny taste. Slightly gamey. The wontons, egg rolls, and shrimp tasted like they were fried in month old oil. 2. S&S spare ribs did not taste like sweet and sour at all. More like watered down hoisin sauce. 3. Salt and pepper prawns were over cooked. My son didn’t even eat ¼ of it before he complained of a stomach ache. 4. Singapore style rice noodles were sub standard. My husband said they were palatable but had a weird bitterness to it. 5. The egg foo young was DISGUSTING. It was too oily and the ‘gravy’ tasted like saline, water and food coloring. I will never order from here again and I highly recommend that you don’t either.

We love this place — found it thanks to the great Unilocal reviews and needed a lunch pit stop on our way north to Bellingham from Seattle. The lunch specials are amazing — you get to pick between chicken chow mein or pork fried rice plus you get a cup of whatever soup? Yum and what a great deal! We both picked the pork fried rice and the hot and sour soup. I really enjoyed the broccoli chicken(comes with more than just broccoli — carrots and onion — and is succulent chicken breast) and my husband went for the kung pao chicken and loved it(good spice and lots of peanuts and crunchy peppers and celery). I really appreciate the service — you can tell you are be waited on by one of the family members who owns the place and is invested in the quality of the food and the service. They work hard for your business and have great prices and selection. If I lived in Everett they would be knowing me on a first name basis. As it is we have been back when recently heading north to Camano Island — the best thing is they are even open for lunch on Sunday, which is a rare treat for most Chinese restaurants and speaks to how hard they work for their business. Oh and we were lame and got the same things as before but that means I can tell you that their quality is consistent which is a hard hurdle for many restaurants.

I just had to update this after actually eating at the place instead of having it delivered. Perfect service, perfect food and the place is not only super clean but has an ambiance that leads to long dinner time conversation. We have decided that we aren’t going to have it delivered again because dining there is worth the effort of getting dressed and in the car.

Ordered takeout for the first time at Noble Palace to take over to my parents. We ordered 5 items and was amazed at how much food we got. Everything from pork fried rice to chow mein to Mongolian beef was excellent. Will definitely come back here again.

I thought this was going to be my Chinese delivery place. I love the pork fried rice, pretty simple and filled with big chunks of pork. The General Tso Chicken was yummy. Andrew liked the Mongolian Beef a bit, but it didn’t have much flavor. He even thought about using leftovers to make nachos, but I vetoed that idea. The chicken chow mein was really bad. It was so bland and the noodles seemed like ramen. I would find go for rice, but I was hoping for more. Tried it twice, we got several different things and meh.

Great homemade flavors! The egg rolls were fantastic and hot and sour soup was very spicy. I had the happy family and was very happy about it. Just visiting town or I would come back.

Hot and sour soup very good but be prepared, it’s spicy! Full of meat, egg, and veggies… not just broth like at some places. Had the number three dinner. the place was totally empty when we got here at four pm on a Wednesday. It is very clean as previously reported. but since no one is here it takes a pretty long time for you to get your food cuz they can’t make it ahead of time. Either that or three chef was on dinner break when we got there… the was a man eating and he was obviously an employee. :-) when our dinners finally came, mine was pork fried rice, sweet and sour pork, chow mein, and almond chicken. To me, the almond chicken had no flavor but my husband loved it. The pork fried rice was steamed not fried and had no green onions in it. The sweet and sour pork was not very flavorful. It was more sour than anything. But my husband liked that too. I’m beginning to think my taster is off. He got shrimp egg foo yung and loved it. Again I thought it was tasteless. But it was a nice portion and I think you should try this little place at least once. Everyone else said the good was great in these reviews… so don’t go by me.

EXCELLENT Hot and sour soup is my favorite. I get a large bowl and crab Rangoon appetizer for lunch. Very good. Very filling. And will not break the bank. Although some people may find it out of the way. It is well worth the inconvenience.

Since I have not been thrilled with the Chinese food in Bellingham I decided to try my luck while in Everett for my monthly doctor appointment. It did not look like a noble palace but they treated me like royalty. Szechuan dish had great fresh vegetables that were not slaughtered by too much cooking. I got my food to go since I was transporting it home. While I waited for my order I was provided soup and water. The young waiter was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to bring me my starter. I was not charged extra for exchanging egg drop or hot and sour soup for wonton. I saw a lovely platter with bright vegetables and large shrimp on the neighbouring table. I was not so health inspired when I had placed my order, but I vowed to venture down that course on my next visit. The waiter even carried my order to my car because he did not want me to tilt the containers. On the ride home I was treated to the most wonderful aroma of my treasure from the palace in my car. The portions were generous and the fare was fresh. I definitely plan to make this a habit.

I’ve ordered take out from this place twice, and my reviewing skills are rather poor, but I’ll give this a shot. So far, it has the best Mongolian beef I’ve ever tasted. With onions as the bedding rather than the weird Styrofoam noodles that you get from other restaurant. The onions really hold the flavor of the dish, and the beef is equally delicious. It’s a nice hole-in-the-wall restaurant in N. Everett. Like other people have said before don’t judge it from the outside. Inside the atmosphere is home-y, and welcoming. I’ve yet to actually sit down and dine here, but I plan on soon. I highly recommend the Mongolian Beef, and the pork fried rice is nice, steamed, really moist in comparison to other steamed rice I’ve had. There’s no need for a chaser after eating a mouthful I’ll be returning for more in the near-future.

Noble Palace II Like so many others I have passed this place many times without stopping, today for lunch I did. Wife enjoys Sizzling Rice soup, she was totally satisfied with todays offering. Everything I had including some of the best Egg Drop soup was very well prepared. During order I asked to kick up the heat on my Mongolian beef with positive results. Price to value is outstanding.

I like this place much better than china doll now, food was fresh and hot. Sure, it took a few extra minutes but I can tell that it was cooked to order and that I will wait for.

I have lived in N. Everett for two years, we have eaten at a different Chinese restarant near by many times because it was decent and convenient. I have seen Nobel Palace on Unilocal some time ago but the reviews were not stellar at the time and it looks kind of sketchy from the outside, so we have just not tried it. Recently I decided I wanted to find a different Chinese restaurant than we had been going and now that we have tried Nobel I am so sad that it took us so long. All those good dinners we missed out on! We finally decided to give it a try on Easter. Like I said, it looks sketchy from the outside, but seriously, don’t judge this place from the outside! They have off street parking which is a plus. Upon first walking in the smell will instantly make you happy. It smells like delicious Chinese food and sweet and sour sauce! We were seated right away, the lady brought us water and tea and then attended to the two other tables that were seated before checking back with us, which was fine. The second thing you will notice? It is so clean! The carpet is clean, the bathrooms are clean, YES the men’s room was clean even! Tables and chairs/booths were clean. I really love clean by the way! The service was a little slow, but totally understandable, the lady seemed to be handling everything up front herself; clean up, taking orders, serving food, getting drinks. She was so nice, very patient and and moving as fast as she could. So please come knowing you may be here a little longer than you planed. But a couple people did come in for to go orders, they were in and out quickly. So our food. Since we didn’t know what to expect we didn’t have high expectations and the other place near by that we had been to is just ok, so hey as long as it was ok we would be having a decent dinner. We ordered the regular egg rolls for an appetizer, family combo that included almond chicken, Kung pao chicken, chow mein, fried rice, BBQ pork and shrimp rolls. We got egg flower soup for our soup choice. Oh where to start! This is the first Chinese restaurant that I have not needed to add soy sauce to anything! The egg rolls were big and filled with fresh veggies. Nice and crispy, not greasy at all. The shrimp rolls were awesome and served two per person, a big tail on shrimp with fresh veggies all rolled up in a crispy fried wrapper. The egg flower soup was different, wonderfully rich broth, a touch of light sesame oil, noodles, chicken and veggies. So delicious. Almond chicken was good, sauce was a little thin but still good(my brother ate here the next day because he loved the food so much, the almond sauce was thicker and still delicious). Kung pao chicken was spicy but so good. Fried rice was basic good fried rice and the chow mein was the best!!! They have crunchy noodles!!! My husband had Mongolian beef, the beef was so tender it melted in your mouth. This is the best Chinese restaurant in the area for sure!
